Deep State's New Moon Plan Collapses; Quarantine Lifted
On the February 9, 2024 new moon, the Deep State's plan collapsed because the machinery they were counting on no longer existed, the same week a quarantine lifted and the path to Source went straight.
1. Gateway Attempts on the New Moon
Kim has not watched the full Tucker Carlson interview with Vladimir Putin. She has, however, watched what moved in the dark on the night it was released.
According to Kim, the night before this report (approximately February 8, 2024), the Putin network had been active alongside the Order of the Dragon (the esoteric ruling hierarchy behind the Khazarian Mafia, a Khazar-rooted financial mafia that serves as the broader operational network for the Order), the SSP (Secret Space Program, classified military-industrial space operations), and the Black Nobility families, all simultaneously attempting to open a Gateway (a dimensional or energetic portal). The new moon on February 9, 2024 represented a prime ritual timing window in their framework.
Kim states that multiple alarms triggered simultaneously, indicating coordinated action across several independent groups. She notes the interview’s release at this moment paints Putin as more sympathetic than before, which she attributes to a larger pattern: the Order of the Dragon made major promises to many different people and has failed to deliver on any of them.
This pattern of unfulfilled promises has names attached. The next section walks through who was promised what, and what they were told would happen by the weekend.
2. The One World Government Plan
The plan was to execute over the weekend of February 9 and 10, 2024. Crash the banks on Friday, install the new architecture by Saturday, and announce the result by Sunday morning. Everything depended on systems firing automatically while the operatives slept.
According to Kim, Rothschild and the Order of the Dragon intended to execute the following actions over that weekend, contingent on expected automated system triggers.
Bank Crash and One World Bank
Kim states the plan was to crash 41 major banks and consolidate all Central Banks, Tier 1 through Tier 4 institutions, and all individual accounts into a single One World Bank (a planned single global banking institution). This entity is what Kim identifies as the QFS (Quantum Financial System) promoted across internet communities, with calls for people to deposit Ripple, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies into it. Kim states the location of this QFS system is unknown to those promoting it.
One World Government with 13 Seats
Kim states the Order of the Dragon planned to collapse governments worldwide and install a One World Government (a planned single global governing body) with 13 seats. Approximately 209 countries exist globally, and roughly 30 to 40 political and military leaders, including Vladimir Putin, have each been individually promised one of those 13 seats, contingent on performing specific actions (characterized by Kim as droning strikes or similar operations). The same promise structure was extended to military commanders worldwide, as well as to SSP factions vying for the position of planetary commander.
Reduction of the Deep State’s Own Downline
Kim states the Order of the Dragon determined that a One World Government would make the existing network of government, military, and intelligence operatives redundant. The plan called for consolidating all military power into an expanded NATO, eliminating the need for country-level military and intelligence infrastructure. This is identified as the reason for the recent release (dismissal) of many operatives. The Order believed its plan was imminent and the downline was no longer needed.
Whichever leader executed the requested operation first would be told the chair was theirs. The losers would discover, too late, that they had been used as auditions for someone else’s appointment.
The plan had an arithmetic problem. It also had a mechanical premise. The next section is about the first of two machines that were supposed to do the heavy lifting on the leaders’ behalf.
3. The Missing G.O.D. Program
It is one of the stranger ironies in the alternative media space. The operatives most loudly trying to wake people up are the ones whose own playbook says mass awakening is what triggers the kill switch. They are pulling on a lever that has not been connected to anything since 2017.
Kim explains the mechanistic backbone of the plan. There existed a program called the G.O.D. Program (Growth Rate of Development), which had not been running since February 2017, when 99% of it was dismantled.
According to Kim, this program was designed to activate automatically if approximately 80% of humanity became spiritually or politically awakened and began refusing compliance with the existing control system. Upon activation, mechanisms under the Armageddon AI (an AI subsystem under the G.O.D. Program) were to generate earthquakes, floods, pole shifts, and other large-scale catastrophic events to reduce the human population back below the threshold. The branding is borrowed from the deeper script Kim has discussed elsewhere as Armageddon.
Kim notes the irony: certain operatives in the alternative media actively work to wake up 80% of the population as their stated objective, believing this will trigger the system in the Deep State’s favor. One such operative, identified by Kim as working directly for the SSP and DARPA, has publicly stated this 80% threshold. In reality, Kim states, these operatives are inadvertently helping humanity rather than the Deep State, because the G.O.D. Program no longer exists.
The machinery the threshold was supposed to call has been dismantled since 2017. The awakening they help drive no longer harms the awakened. It only embarrasses the operatives who keep advertising it.
Kim states the Deep State was not made aware that the program had been dismantled until approximately February 8, 2024, the day before this report. They had access only to old documentation stating “something would happen,” without specifics.
There was a second machine in the basement, and the Deep State was equally sure it would flip on schedule. It is the one that decides who owns whom.
4. The Omega System That Did Not Flip
Why does the scale not flip back over? The weight is supposedly there. The model says it should reset. The accounting AI does nothing, and the Deep State watches the new moon pass while the bar stays exactly where it was.
The second automated trigger the Deep State relied upon was the Omega system (the AI-managed global accounting platform that historically treated human beings as collateral assets). According to Kim, the theory was:
- Once 100% human collateralization was reached, Omega would register a debt ceiling hit.
- Omega would then “flip back over,” creating a new collateral pool through rehypothecation (the practice of re-pledging the same asset as collateral for new debt issuance), with humans as the assets being re-pledged.
- This flip would grant the Deep State’s chosen group computer access to Omega, enabling them to install the One World Financial System, One World Bank, and One World Media infrastructure.
Kim states humans have not functioned as collateral for some time, and the Omega system did not flip. She expresses uncertainty about whether the Deep State does not believe this or simply does not verify.
The expected sequence (G.O.D. Program triggering population reduction, followed by Omega flip granting financial system access, followed by public rollout of One World institutions in the aftermath of manufactured pandemics and World War III) did not occur by the February 9, 2024 new moon deadline.
Kim references several films as cultural touchstones for the scenario the Deep State envisioned: London Has Fallen (2016, an action thriller in which terrorists attack world leaders gathered in London), Olympus Has Fallen (2013, a thriller depicting a siege of the White House), and other collapse-scenario films depicting cascading governmental failure. In this scenario, global institutions would collapse and the Order of the Dragon would arrive as saviors.
The film-world image has not arrived. Something more pedestrian arrived instead: a visit to Kim’s location the morning before the new moon.
5. The SSP Visit
A messenger arrived.
Kim describes the SSP representatives’ visit to her location approximately on February 7, 2024. The representatives were known to local security as acting on behalf of the Rothschild family. Kim states these operatives are experienced at arranging paid meetings with heads of state, with prices ranging from $200,000 to $10 million depending on the leader and the subject matter. Kim suggested that local security charge the SSP for access to her, as a reference to their standard operating model.
Kim states the SSP representatives subsequently canvassed local contacts, claiming the Rothschild family and Order of the Dragon would pay out on Saturday (February 10, 2024), and urging people not to listen to Kim’s team. This created a disturbance, and the SSP operatives were expelled.
Kim states the Pentagon separately requested a meeting, which was pushed to Saturday at the Deep State’s request. Kim characterizes this as another delay tactic to prevent governments from acting independently in the interim.
By the next morning, the Deep State had discovered something it had not known the day before. The machinery they had been counting on was not there.
6. Administering the Alpha Hall of Records
They called her a quantum hacker. The Order of the Dragon and the SSP could not figure out why every one of their submissions came back rejected, and the simplest explanation, that the desk on their side of the registry no longer exists, is the one they would not consider.
Kim addresses the Deep State’s conclusion that she must be a “quantum hacker” preventing their agreements from being ratified. According to Kim, the Order of the Dragon and SSP cannot understand why every action Kim takes is approved in the Hall of Records (the metaphysical registry where agreements and declarations become binding in physical reality), while their own submissions are consistently rejected.
Kim explains that the Dark Hall of Records (the dark-side counterpart registry that historically processed agreements on the opposing side of the Multiverse and no longer exists), no longer exists. Only the Alpha Hall of Records (the light-system record-keeping entity that is the sole remaining repository of binding agreements) remains, and it operates on one side of the Multiverse only. The principle of “as above, so below” with its associated barrier between planes no longer applies.
The Dark Hall is gone. Only the Alpha Hall remains, operating on the light side alone. Submissions that would once have been ratified on the dark side now have no desk to land on.
Kim states the Orsini family (one of the Black Nobility families) attempted on the morning of February 9, 2024 to locate a communication portal to reach non-human species (alien entities that previously provided ratification authority for dark-side agreements). Kim asks rhetorically whether any group has been able to reach these entities by phone, holographic message, or any other channel in recent months. She states the answer is no. Those species, according to Kim, no longer exist.
Kim states she receives all Deep State submissions, new banking rules, war covenants, and similar instruments, at her desk as administrator of the Alpha Hall of Records, and rejects them. She addresses Deep State actors directly: no alien assistance is coming, Lucifer and Satan do not exist in any operative capacity, and the One World Government will never be established.
That is one side of what shifted this week. The other side is the one that explains why everyone has been on edge.
7. A Quarantine Lifted
If you have been feeling on edge this week, more than usual, with no obvious cause, this section is for you. The reasons are not in the news. They are in the architecture above the news, and one of the long-standing pieces of that architecture just came down.
Background: Divine Intervention and the Warden
According to Kim, the recent emotional turbulence affecting many people is due to two simultaneous events: a quarantine being lifted and an agreement expiring. Under the old system, Kim states, humanity was subject to the Warden (not an individual being but a compiled consciousness that enforced duality), whose role was to enforce Divine Intervention (the prior cosmic framework where every being received both dark and light energy consciousness). Whichever energy a being chose to amplify became more dominant within them.
Kim states that this Warden made it very difficult to receive Source energy at 100%, and also affected monetary systems and many other things on Earth. The Warden’s domain was the planes and densities in between the primary planes of existence, specifically the planes between the planes of anti-existence (the “purple line”) and the etherical plane (the subtle-body plane between the emotional and mental planes).
The R.O.D. Agreement
Kim explains that Divine Intervention has now expired and has been replaced by the R.O.D. Agreement (Receiver of Divine Declaration, the new cosmic framework that replaced Divine Intervention), under which every being in the Multiverse is now “God’s ROD,” meaning each being connects directly to Source with no intermediary. There is no longer a dual feed from both dark and light sides; the path goes “straight up to Source.”
Kim states that as of the week of February 5 to 9, 2024, the last remnant of the Warden and the quarantine have been lifted. She notes this transition has been “fairly significant” and hopes it takes a little while to fully dissipate, because “this one here that happened this week is really rough.”
Multiple Layers of Quarantine
Kim describes several distinct quarantine types humanity has experienced:
- Light restriction quarantine: Humanity was cut off from receiving light energy and from contact with light-side beings throughout the Multiverse. Only dark-side entities could travel through Earth’s gateways.
- Loosh and slavery quarantine: Established approximately 1.5 million years ago, this quarantine enabled the extraction (“looshing”) of human energy.
- Duality reception quarantine: Human beings were receiving both dark and light energy simultaneously, affecting circadian rhythms and other internal systems.
What the Warden enforced was the separation of the planes themselves. With the Warden gone, the planes do not just open. They start to merge.
8. The Warden and the Planes
The wall between the planes broke down. People who do not know that this happened are still experiencing the effects of it, and they are reading those effects as personal failings instead of as the noise of an integration they did not ask for.
Emotional and Spiritual Plane Merging
Kim states that what people are currently experiencing, the tension and being “on edge,” is because there are no more barriers between the planes. The emotional plane, mental plane, etherical plane, and soul plane (where Source resides) are now merging together. People are unaware of what is happening, Kim says, because this merging is new.
Kim notes that some sensitive people reported seeing “dark spots” internally and had to quickly remove them and fill them with light consciousness, light essence, and light energy to get through the day. Kim confirms this was the correct response.
Emotional Wounds
Kim explains that unresolved trauma is a primary factor in the current turbulence. If a person experienced a major trauma at, for example, age 12 and never resolved it, their emotional development remains stuck at that age. The logical, adult mind will suppress the reaction (“that’s not my perpetrator”), but the emotional wound persists beneath.
Kim states clearly: you have to resolve those issues yourself. Nobody else can do it for you. No amount of talking about it is going to fix it. You have to learn to fix it yourself.
She adds that the barriers between the mental plane and the etherical plane have been breaking down for the greater part of a year, with the Warden’s final removal being the most significant recent event.
Wounds that the old separation kept tucked beneath the logical mind now surface where awareness can reach them. The mechanism is plane merging, not personal regression.
If the rules of separation have changed, the rules of creation have changed too. The next section is the new equation that walked in once the old one walked out.
9. Manifesting With Light Alone
Manifesting used to run on E=MC². It cannot anymore. The old formula required both feeds, dark and light, and one of those feeds is no longer being delivered.
The New Creation Formula
Kim states that the old manifesting framework operated under E=MC², a system where both dark and light energy were required to bring matter into the physical plane. Under the old duality, unless a person learned gematria (a system where numbers correspond to frequencies that weave the fabric of reality) and lower astral techniques, as covens did with black magic, voodoo dolls, and negative chanting, it was not possible to manifest something purely through light.
Kim states that this has fundamentally changed. The new system operates on what she describes as V (velocity) x E (energy) x T (time/distance) = M (matter). Creation now occurs exclusively with light essence. The dark/light duality is no longer the mechanism of creation.
How to Manifest
Kim outlines the process for manifesting under the new framework:
- Set intention mentally. Begin by thinking about what you want.
- Generate love frequency. Love is “the beginning of all creation into matter” and represents Source traveling through the etherical plane into the Soul Plane.
- Combine mind, body, and soul. “Mold” soul essence, consciousness, and energy together with your emanating frequency.
- Do not try to control the process. State what you need, then allow it; go to a calming mental space (favorite music, visualization) that allows you to see the energy, consciousness, and essence coming together.
- Do not specify the mechanism. Merely state the thing needed and allow Source to route it.
Kim cautions: even if she could transfer money to someone, she states there are people she “couldn’t push a dollar through” because they are so caught up in a “frequency of lack” that matter cannot be shaped into their reality.
If words and frequency build matter now, the question becomes practical. What is worth saying, and what is being said that no longer should be?
10. Frequency, Language, Sovereignty
Get angry about chemtrails, and you call more chemtrails. The frequency of complaint about a thing is, under the new system, a frequency that builds more of that thing. This is the unintuitive part of sovereign responsibility, and Kim does not soften it.
Language and Frequency
Kim explains that language carries frequency and that the fabric of the old universe was built from gematria. When a person speaks, the frequency of their words creates a ripple effect throughout their household, family, and circle of contacts.
Kim gives a specific example: speaking “I don’t want homelessness” draws homelessness, because the frequency of the statement, not merely the semantic meaning, is what shapes essence, consciousness, and energy into matter. She states: “If you say every day, I’m too short! Well then you might eventually lose an inch. That is how matter is actually created.”
Light Language
Kim describes light language as the dual frequency of a person and Source. In the past, a person could have had a dual frequency with anti-Source if that was what they were putting out. Now, light language is the only operative mechanism for shaping essence, consciousness, and energy into the physical plane.
Kim’s formula for physical manifestation: frequency molds essence, consciousness, and energy into matter.
Complaining and Negative Thought
Kim addresses chemtrail anger as a specific example: you are manifesting this material and you are getting angry about it, which is worse. That is an awful frequency. She does not ask people to approve of what they dislike, but states that feeding fear or anger around a situation reinforces the negative manifestation. Instead, Kim suggests co-creating with the Earth’s atmosphere, morphing what one encounters into something positive.
Kim adds: your frequency and what you put out there is coming right back at you now, and notes that this effect is amplified because there is “no sponge absorbing that negative energy or frequency or essence” anymore.
Dark Practitioners Under the New System
Kim addresses the question of what happens to people still attempting negative chanting, voodoo, or dark frequency practices. She states that while the Warden’s fine line has not completely vanished (described as “a light shade of gray”), any intended serious harm “might feel like something until it’s completely dissipated.” The effectiveness of dark manifestation practices is now minimal and declining as the last remnant of the Warden fades.
Sovereign Responsibility
Kim emphasizes that clearing one’s own consciousness is now an individual sovereign responsibility. She states: we cannot pull that emotional wound from you that creates the fear left in you. That is your Sovereign right and your Sovereign decision to make. There is no longer any external entity manufacturing fear. That was the case before, but not now.
Her practical guidance: close your eyes and examine yourself at all levels (energy, consciousness, essence, physical self). Identify dark spots, let them go, and replace them with “dual Source essence, consciousness energy.” Kim notes it may take several attempts, but no external agent will do it for you.
The R.O.D. Agreement has put each being directly on the line to Source. There is no Warden between you and that line anymore, and there is no Divine Intervention forcing both feeds through you. The path is straight up, and so is the responsibility.
What that means in practice is that you are now the one shaping essence, consciousness, and energy into matter. The frequency you carry, the words you speak when no one is listening, the residue of fear or anger you have not yet examined: all of these are working materials. They become what you live with. Kim’s formula stays the same: frequency molds essence, consciousness, and energy into matter, only now the molder is the sovereign being doing it, and the molder is you.
So close your eyes. Examine yourself at every level: energy, consciousness, essence, physical self. Find the dark spots. Let them go. Replace them with dual Source essence and consciousness energy. It may take several attempts. No external agent will do it for you. And that is enough.
