Broken Promises and Cosmic Alignment

Within 48 hours of inauguration the Trump operatives broke their own promises on vaccines, the WHO, and the FDA/CDC; the Stargate deal's $500 billion was confirmed fictitious at the BIS; and a 2.96-billion-year cosmic alignment is beginning to dissolve the frequencies and financial machinery they still depend on.

It is January 22, 2025. The past 48 hours have been quite draining, and there is genuinely a lot to walk through, one piece at a time.

To be honest, most of Monday and Tuesday I spent tracking the gap between what the Trump operatives have actually been doing and what they have been announcing. The gap is large enough that it deserves to be laid out in order. The pardons, the WHO matter, the FDA gag order, the mRNA endorsement, the $500 billion Stargate, the frequency broadcasts from Kansas, the visa-and-Moscow story I will tell later, and the emergency assassination plan now on the table. None of it stands alone. Everything is held together by promises made on the basis of money that does not exist and access the operatives do not have.

There is one piece of this report I am quietly looking forward to. Tomorrow night in American time, the alignment peaks. A 2.96-billion-year window opens, right on the day the Trump Organization is juggling 200 entangled lies at once. One will drop, then the next, then the next. Thank you for being here again.

1. First 48 Hours: Broken Promises

Pardons that could have been signed four years ago. A Capitol bombing plan that came one step short of catastrophe. The first 48 hours set the tone for everything that follows.

In the roughly 48 hours since taking office, the Trump operatives have been backsliding considerably on their “Make America Great Again” platform.

On the one hand, they did pardon individuals who participated in the January 6, 2021 Capitol insurrection. However, Trump could have issued those pardons before leaving office in January 2021 - he still had days remaining.

Instead, Trump left the January 6 participants in detention for four years, despite reportedly having recruited them himself. In Kim’s assessment, the recent pardons were all political theater.

Beyond the pardons themselves, a more serious dimension of January 6 deserves attention: there were plans to blow up the Capitol building with everyone inside. Members of Congress, including Nancy Pelosi, were reportedly aware this event was planned. The intention was to gather people there and cause a large explosion that would have caused widespread casualties. People discovered the explosive device beforehand, so the plan did not come to fruition.

Had the bomb detonated, the January 6 participants would likely have been blamed for setting it off. These types of plans rarely reach completion - a recurring pattern with the Trump operatives, whom Kim’s circle has nicknamed “Duck Dynasty” (a reference to the TV show about a wealthy but disorganized family) for their haphazard, disorganized execution.

The pardons were the visible move on the outside. The next announcement looked equally bold on paper, but the wall it ran into was the law itself.

2. WHO Withdrawal Without Legal Substance

Walking out of the WHO without leaving the UN is like trying to leave a room while staying inside the building. Only the announcement moves; the jurisdiction never does.

The next major announcement is that the United States is reportedly exiting the World Health Organization (WHO). In the news, that sounds significant. The WHO is widely criticized, but it is not a standalone organization - it is a branch or arm of the United Nations. You cannot exit the WHO without exiting the United Nations.

Furthermore, the President of the United States does not unilaterally have the legal right to exit the United Nations. There are many agreements and covenants operating behind the scenes.

The long-term GIA position is that every country should eventually exit the United Nations, which Kim describes as a vehicle for centralized control. However, this particular WHO withdrawal announcement was haphazard and highly suspicious.

While the WHO move stayed at the level of unenforceable theater, the next step pushed further: an order issued to three agencies the President does not actually have the standing to command on paper.

3. FDA/CDC Gag Order and mRNA

A gag order issued to bodies that are not government agencies in the first place. Roughly tenfold more pharma money flowed in, and the policy followed.

The Trump administration has also issued a gag order to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). However, the President of the United States does not have the legal right to issue a gag order to these agencies without a court order.

The reason is this: neither the CDC nor the FDA is actually a government department of the United States. They are classified as non-governmental organizations, meaning they operate in the private sector. Additionally, they report to the World Health Organization, which functions as their parent organization.

Because of this private-sector status, a presidential gag order over them would have no legal force without a court order - yet the order was issued anyway, suggesting the move was political messaging rather than enforceable policy.

The timing of this gag order becomes clear in context: almost simultaneously, news broke that Donald Trump is backing an mRNA vaccine project, which has received significant public backlash. Trump was the founder of Operation Warp Speed (the U.S. government program that accelerated COVID-19 vaccine development), which has caused deaths worldwide, including many Americans. Many survivors are now suffering from POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and other heart-related diseases attributed to those vaccines.

The financial connections explain the endorsement. Under the Biden administration just weeks prior, $500 million was offered to Moderna to research mRNA vaccines - a commitment Trump subsequently backed.

During Trump’s first campaign, approximately $3 million came from Pfizer. This cycle, total contributions from major pharmaceutical companies jumped to roughly $35-38 million - more than a tenfold increase. In the pay-to-play system of politics, those contributions translate directly to policy endorsements, hence the forced backing of mRNA vaccine research.

The mRNA push is connected to a parallel covert operation. As reported on Monday, January 20, 2025, in the 24 hours before Trump’s inauguration, disease-inducing frequencies were broadcast from multiple locations - creating the illnesses that these new vaccines would then be marketed to treat.

If new vaccines need conditions to treat, those conditions have to come from somewhere. This time, they came from nine sites and a single castle ruin in Kansas.

4. Disease Frequency Locations

Castle ruins, megalith circles, remote reserves. Nine broadcast sites and one Kansas command center, all coordinated from inside the same Trump-operative network.

In this context, “disease frequencies” refers to targeted energetic signals - broadcast from physical locations using specialized equipment - that GIA intelligence indicates are intended to trigger specific illnesses in the population.

The locations from which these transmissions were identified include:

• Devils Lake State Park, Wisconsin, USA
• Loveland Castle Museum, Ohio, USA
• Isle of Skye, Scotland
• Stonehenge, England
• Struve Geodetic Arc site, Finland
• Klondike National Park, Canada
• Madagascar Special Reserve, Africa
• Four Corners area, Australia (also where operative Winston Wu - a figure previously identified in GIA reports as working against the population - was operating, claiming to save humanity through mass elimination)
• Rapa Nui National Park, Chile

The command-and-control center coordinating distribution of these disease frequencies was located at the Coronado Heights Castle ruins in Kansas. It was operated by American deep state elements working with the Trump Organization and operatives from the Secret Space Program (SSP - a covert faction operating outside official military channels). These groups are collectively referred to in this report as “Trump operatives.”

Running a frequency operation costs money. The same is true for every other move the operatives have promised. In the next section, the funding story itself begins to fall apart.

5. Stargate and the Nonexistent $500 Billion

A trade in the trillions, propped up by a single tear sheet reportedly printed at a copy shop. The arithmetic never quite added up.

A recent article from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) - the new department under the Treasury run by Elon Musk and others - reported that Elon Musk publicly stated there is no money available for the major OpenAI deal called Stargate.

The Stargate deal was allegedly struck between OpenAI and SoftBank. Musk had previously served on the board of OpenAI before taking his government position, for which he made substantial donations - millions of dollars - prior to the administration taking office.

Behind the deal is a Japanese billionaire who promised $500 billion. That individual submitted what appears to be an “off-ledger tear sheet” - a one-page document claiming to reference assets held outside the official banking system - to the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) as collateral in a trade program.

In this case the document was reportedly printed at a copy shop. The alleged trade structure used the $500 billion as a minimum 10% investment, targeting a total trade yield of approximately $5 trillion.

An internal conversation at the BIS on January 21, 2025 - relayed to Kim by Tom Melville, a longtime intermediary who handles BIS-level communications on her behalf - established that the $500 billion is not real.

Kim (full name withheld for security reasons) holds the title of Trustee of the Global Repository - the centralized financial infrastructure that underlies sovereign-level transactions. The designated trader - the person authorized to execute trades on behalf of the Global Repository - confirmed to the BIS that such trading programs no longer exist.

Those programs previously operated through the Alpha system, an older financial management platform. The Alpha system has since been replaced by the Golden Age AI - the AI system that currently manages the Global Repository.

Money does not simply appear from thin air. These programs historically used a small principal - typically 10% of a target trade total - as collateral for a much larger notional yield; in the Stargate case, $500 billion served as collateral for a claimed ~$5 trillion yield.

Under international banking regulations, high-yield BIS and World Bank special trading programs have two firm requirements: first, a legitimate project must exist; second, governments cannot trade - only non-governmental organizations can.

This means these programs were never going to fund any government worldwide. They can fund private projects, but even then a production line must exist and authorization must come from the system operator - currently Kim, acting through the Golden Age AI.

Despite all this, the Trump operatives reportedly told the trader they had been working with that they would gain access to the Golden Age AI by the following week (around January 27, 2025). The same delay tactic has been used across multiple governments: “He just got into office - give him until next week.” That “next week” also coincides with a new moon, which they apparently believe will grant them some form of access.

If the $500 billion does not exist and a new moon does not grant access, the next question is what each government has been promised, and on what basis those promises rest.

6. Notice to Governments

A direct message to every treasury and central bank that has been promised funding. The terminal is not the bank. The bank is Kim.

This is a direct public service announcement to any government or Treasury Department watching this report that has been promised money from the Trump Organization or Trump operatives.

6.1. How Financial Terminals Actually Work

The Trump operatives appear to believe that physically possessing a financial terminal - the laptop-like device used at the White House to authorize sovereign transactions - gives them the ability to move money.

It does not - those terminals only worked during the previous administration because Kim was operating on the other end of every transaction. If she had not been sending the money through, the governments receiving it would have run out much sooner. Moving the terminal to a new Wi-Fi network changes nothing: you can send the request, but if the bank on the other end (Kim, in this case) does not respond, no balance changes.

Kim is the bank in this case. There will be no change to any government’s account, now or in the future. The Golden Age AI, when properly accessed by its actual operator, can make those changes - but access cannot be claimed or forced by outside parties.

6.2. Kim’s Message to Governments

As further demonstration: Kim sent a message via the Golden Age AI’s diplomatic line to every government confirming she does not back the Trump administration.

The Trump operatives responded to those governments claiming she works for them. She does not. Neither Kim nor Tom Melville works for, with, or has any agreement with the Trump administration.

The only prior participation occurred because of existing agreements with the United States government - extensions involving the Federal Reserve and Treasury - that have since expired. Those extensions have now run their course, and no new extensions will be granted.

6.3. How Marduk’s Trading Programs Functioned

The historical record of trading programs is instructive. Marduk - named after the ancient Sumerian deity - is the figure Kim describes as the former global controller who ran the hidden financial system for millennia. He once disclosed to her exactly how these trading programs functioned.

When wealthy families and organizations entered heritage-asset programs - claims on historical gold, bonds, and similar instruments held by old elite families - using HSBC “tear sheets” and standard trade procedures, Marduk would work behind the scenes: generate cash from the Alpha system, liquidate all the underlying assets, trade the money out, and then never pay the participants.

This included the Dragon families (Asian elite bloodline groups holding large historical asset claims) and all HSBC participants. Under these same mechanisms, various factions including the Taliban were paid in Iraqi dinar for their operations.

Since the Alpha system stopped generating money in 2019, these programs have effectively ended. The mechanism was never set up for governments to be paid - and it never will be.

That is the historical pattern. What is happening this week with Saudi Arabia is the same pattern, playing out in real time.

7. Saudi Arabia and the Marduk Money Game

Demanding $500 billion from a country known not to have it. The point is not the money. The point is the impossible precondition, set on purpose by a side that knows the other cannot meet it.

There is also a report that Trump will not visit Saudi Arabia unless the Saudi Arabian government pays him $500 billion. This is notable given that the same organization has promised Saudi Arabia hundreds of billions to build a pipeline through to Europe.

Kim’s read on this: the Trump Organization knows Saudi Arabia does not actually have $500 billion to give. It is a performance - the same game Kim herself once played with Marduk, where an impossible precondition is set because the party setting it knows the other side cannot meet it.

7.1. Kim’s Personal Account

Kim has had personal experience with this exact dynamic. Over roughly two to three years, she held regular conversations with three figures from the hidden power structure - Marduk (the former global controller, described above), Enki, and Enlil - whom she describes as non-human entities that have held controlling positions in the global system under these ancient Sumerian names.

The calls happened sometimes daily at first, later settling into a weekly Saturday schedule. Marduk told Kim he was holding money she had pulled through financial terminals in a city just outside Moscow, Russia, and invited her to come collect it, believing she would never be able to fund the trip.

Kim - who describes herself as resourceful by nature, having navigated blocked credit cards and debit cards in foreign countries on multiple occasions - spent considerable time working around Marduk’s systems and government financial systems to accumulate approximately $10,000, carefully hidden in case it was needed.

When she called Marduk and told him she had the money and would apply for her visa the next day, planning to arrive in two weeks, he went ballistic - demanding to know how she had pulled it off. She replied that he had set the condition and she had simply met it, without asking anyone for help.

What followed was the familiar pattern: “It’s not time yet, give us another week” - continuing through various pretexts including seasonal events. Kim eventually did make the trip and met these entities in person. The game being played now with governments worldwide is the same game.

Kim sees the same dynamic in the Trump-Saudi $500 billion demand: an impossible precondition set because the party setting it knows the money does not exist.

The Saudi episode is only one move on a much larger board. The same “money that does not exist” logic is now connecting Beijing, Tehran, Baghdad, Moscow, and Riyadh in a single tangled chain.

8. The Web of Geopolitical Lies

Each capital has been promised something by the next. Pull on one thread, and the whole ball of yarn starts to tighten.

Iran has been making statements about eventually attacking Kurdistan - the oil-rich semi-autonomous region of northern Iraq, long contested by multiple powers - that the United States attempted to take over, followed by Russia, and now promised to Iran.

The broader picture: Iran has been turned away from China and toward the American deep state (the Trump operatives), who have promised Iran significant money to achieve this objective. China had effectively broken Iran financially - oil Iran was sending to China was not being paid for.

The interconnected promise structure works like this: China is excited about cashing in its historical assets so it can pay Iran and regain influence over Iran. Each party has been promised something by the next:

• The Order of the Dragon (the Chinese elite bloodline faction) is negotiating with the American operatives
• The American operatives are promising money to the Iranian government
• Iran is leveraging those promises against the Iraqi government, which in turn coordinates with Russia
• Russia has been promised a new Nord Stream-equivalent pipeline back to Europe
• Saudi Arabia has been promised a pipeline to Europe in exchange for oil revenues

Every link in this chain depends on money that does not exist.

Following all of these interlocking lies is like trying to trace a single strand around a giant ball of twine. The Trump Organization is currently juggling roughly 200 such tangles at once. Eventually one will drop - then the next, then the next.

While the operatives keep the yarn balls in the air a little longer, a much larger force is moving on a completely different timescale. It peaks tomorrow night.

9. The 2.96-Billion-Year Alignment

A window that has not opened for 2.96 billion years is opening again. The last time it opened, an era of darkness began.

Separate from the political and financial operations described above, a major cosmic event provides context for why these power struggles may soon become moot. Earth has been entering a cosmic alignment whose effects - including neutralizing harmful frequencies - directly counter the operations described in this report.

Internet reports discuss planetary alignments within our galaxy, but this particular alignment has not occurred in 2.96 billion years. The last time this alignment occurred - 2.96 billion years ago - coincided with Earth entering a prolonged era of darkness, in GIA’s framework a period when opposing forces gained dominant control over the planet.

This alignment involves a number of specific constellations and a direct connection to Source - in GIA’s framework, the original creative force underlying all organic life, sometimes described as the universal intelligence from which existence originates.

Opposing forces had attempted to use space debris to block the alignment’s effects, but after Kim and allied forces cleared the debris, no significant blocking material appears to remain.

The alignment is expected to peak on Thursday, January 23, 2025 in Australian time - which corresponds to Wednesday evening, January 22 in the Americas and overnight Wednesday-to-Thursday in Europe. At peak, golden photon belts - high-frequency bands of light energy described in GIA’s framework as emanating directly from Source - are expected to come directly from Source and begin connecting with specific points on Earth.

Expected effects of the alignment include:

• Neutralizing harmful frequencies being sent out against the population
• Increased presence of higher forces on Earth
• Clearing of remaining space debris and darkness in the galaxy

Given that opposing forces monitor these communications, specific details about what exactly will be affected are being withheld to prevent interference.

The opposing forces are currently more preoccupied with their financial situation than with the alignment.

The alignment narrows their options. If they cannot rebuild a different story before the money story collapses, they will be forced toward the scenario that takes Trump off-screen. That plan is already on paper.

10. Fake Assassination Contingency

A six-month window. The "savior" role already standing in the wings. The plan exists on paper, but the funding to move it has not arrived.

There was discussion late on January 21, 2025 about an internal contingency plan: if the Trump operatives can no longer sustain their financial lies, they would stage a fake assassination of Donald Trump, install Vice President J.D. Vance, and use that transition to reset the narrative with new promises.

However, this plan is considered too early to execute. The operatives still have campaign donors to manage - they have promised big money and favorable legislation to major donors - and the plan is to continue for approximately six months before potentially staging that transition and presenting Vance as a “savior.”

That timeline is contingent on receiving money, which Kim is working to ensure does not happen in any meaningful quantity.

11. Upcoming Events

A few dates worth holding in mind. The rest of January stays choppy, then settles.

Against this backdrop of financial collapse and geopolitical maneuvering, the following events are scheduled.
