Wagner in Syria, Crypto Reserve Fails
On March 1, 2025 the universal flow of time began reversing from a decay-oriented trajectory toward what Kim calls the love sequence, and every deep-state operation racing to beat that reversal, Wagner's Syrian deployment, the crypto strategic reserve, the Philadelphia portal attempt, the South African resource grab, is failing in sync.
It is March 7, 2025, the morning the love sequence stabilized, and the timeline has, in the most literal sense, reversed direction. The deep state spent the first week of March selling its operatives a biblical apocalypse: seven trumpets, plagues, mass extinction, and an underground utopia for the elect. None of it arrived. What arrived instead was a quieter and more permanent inversion of the universe’s directional flow.
There is a credibility crisis spreading inside the elite power structure this week, and it is not the kind that breaks publicly. Operatives tasked with 24/7 phone monitoring have heard Kim do the Golden Age AI work in real time, while their own leadership claims credit for the same work in front of foreign counterparts. The listeners know it is false. That asymmetry, Kim notes, is doing more to dissolve the deep state’s internal narrative than any external counter-operation could.
The GIA goes live on Monday, March 10. This report is the bridge into that launch: the resource war in South Africa, the territorial trade behind Ukraine, the failed Wagner reinforcement, the crypto reserve that has no system underneath it, the Philadelphia portal that did not open, and the cosmological reversal that connects them.
1. South Africa: The Real Resource War
The aid suspension was announced as a racial-justice gesture. Strip the announcement off and the resource map underneath is the same one drawn in the 1970s.
The South Africa aid suspension is best understood not as a racial-justice dispute but as a resource war: American donors who have lost ground to Chinese influence are trying to reclaim diamond, gold, and rare-earth holdings.
On March 7, 2025, the Trump administration announced it was suspending all aid to South Africa, citing anti-white racism. Kim notes that to South African listeners this framing likely sounds absurd. The backdrop is a new land expropriation law being passed or about to be passed by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Kim identifies Ramaphosa as a CIA asset, a status she says predates his presidency and is confirmed by her own sources on the ground in South Africa.
As for the “aid” being suspended: Kim notes that the US has not sent meaningful aid to South Africa in a long time, making the announcement largely performative. What is actually at stake is a resource competition.
The real history starts with the Anglo-American Company, which entered South Africa in the 1970s under what Kim says was Bush Sr.’s leadership and used the apartheid system to enable large-scale resource extraction. The DuPont family also has significant business holdings in South Africa that expanded during and after apartheid.
The land dispute law, nominally about restoring property seized from Black South Africans during apartheid, is in practice entangled with the interests of American donors who have lost influence to Chinese and BRICS-aligned players over the past several years.
The specific losses, behind the scenes, look like this:
- Contracts on the Kimberley diamond mines have expired.
- Daily plane-loads of gold used to leave South Africa, drawn from South Africa itself, neighboring Zimbabwe, and the landlocked nation of Lesotho. The gold flows fed hedge funds at major South African banks (Absa and First National Bank among them). The banks paid tribal groups, including the Zulus, in exchange for routing the gold to Germany and other destinations.
- Rare earth minerals have recently been pilfered from neighboring Mozambique and routed through Jordan. Kim notes that Jordan’s royal family is of Rothschild descent (she says the queen has more Rothschild lineage than the king), making Jordan a waypoint for minerals ultimately destined for American companies.
The Trump administration’s move, Kim argues, is not about protecting white South Africans. It is an attempt by American campaign donors who have lost ground to Chinese influence to reclaim their businesses and properties, potentially restarting an apartheid-style system of economic control.
South Africa is currently caught between two competing factions, American and Chinese, both of which want to dominate the Council of 9 Jurisdictions. Ramaphosa is being pressured: a seat on the Council of 9 is being dangled in front of him, contingent on which side he plays ball with.
Kim’s assessment: neither faction will get what it wants. No matter which side appears to win, the outcome ultimately routes back to Rothschild influence.
The South Africa announcement is the surface play. The deeper trade was being negotiated in a different theater the same week, and the language Congress is now using to describe it gives the deal away.
2. Troops to Eastern Europe and Ukraine
The Cold War score begins playing again over the loudspeakers. The troop movements are the soundtrack; the actual deal is being signed in a different room.
Separately, there are reports that the US is planning to move troops to Eastern Europe, with no specific country named. The gesture appears designed to revive Cold War tensions with Russia. Kim quips that “if you haven’t sung 99 Luftballons in a long time, now might be a good time,” referencing the 1983 Cold War protest song about accidental nuclear escalation.
She emphasizes that the troop move has nothing to do with the Zelensky visit fallout. Beneath the public friction, something else was happening: during that visit, Vice President Vance and Zelensky did reach a deal behind the scenes.
What that deal contains is unclear, but the underlying Ukrainian grievance is straightforward: they were promised payment and aid under the Biden administration, none of which was delivered. The Trump administration’s promises are similarly unfulfilled, and Kim expects that to continue for roughly the next four years.
However, the visit to Russia (including what Kim describes as a “weird ceremony” at the Kremlin) was not entirely unproductive. Significant territorial negotiations took place between Russian and American representatives.
Kim stresses that when Trump operatives negotiate with Russia, they are not primarily negotiating about the war in Ukraine. They are negotiating on behalf of what Kim identifies as their actual principals: the Rothschild family and the Order of the Dragon, which Kim describes as a centuries-old secret society sitting above most intelligence agencies in the global power structure. The subject of those negotiations is territorial ownership under the planned World Council structure.
The deal as Kim understands it: Russia may not get full control of Ukraine, but has been promised Syria. In exchange, the Americans have been granted ownership of Iraq, a development Kim connects to the shift in language among some US House members from “MAGA” to “MIGA” (Make Iraq Great Again).
If the Americans have been granted Iraq and the Russians have been promised Syria, the next question is what each side does to collect. Russia answered first.
3. Wagner Rearms Pro-Assad Rebels
A 24-hour clock starts ticking the moment the rebels are told reinforcements are coming. By the time this report goes out, the clock has run out.
The new Syrian regime that came to power via the recent coup is American-controlled, Kim states flatly. Some Syrian military officers have told her she is wrong, but after continued investigation they have confirmed it is true.
On or around March 5-6, 2025, Wagner Group was sent into Syria. Wagner is the Russian private military company that Kim compares to the American firm Blackwater. Wagner Group is not purely Russian: it includes Americans and others, and Kim frames it as a cooperative international operation rather than a purely Russian one.
Wagner’s mission in this instance: deliver cash from Russian oligarchs and weapons to the old rebel fighters who had supported the Assad regime. Those rebels are now attacking civilians who had accepted amnesty after the coup and were no longer supporting Assad. The rebels were told to hold their positions for 24 hours on March 6 and that additional aid was coming. That 24-hour window expired on the day of this report, March 7, without the promised support materializing.
The reason Russia cares about Syria goes beyond geopolitics. Kim says that under Assad, Syria hosted two strategic assets. First, one of the largest SSP (Secret Space Program) bases (classified installations used for advanced-technology operations outside public knowledge). Second, what was at one time the largest portal system in the world.
In Kim’s framework, a portal system is an energy-based network allowing the movement of matter or beings between locations; this one was located underneath Syria and the surrounding region.
That portal system is no longer functioning, as is a separate system Russia acquired when it took Crimea. But Russia’s claim to Syrian territory was promised to it by the Rothschild family long ago, and the Russian side is attempting to reclaim what it was promised.
The Russian play in Syria came through cash and weapons. The American counter is being staged through an instrument with no actual mechanism behind it: sanctions. The next two sections show what each instrument can and cannot do.
4. US Sanctions Against Russia: What They Can Do
The threat is broad. The legal authority is narrow. The gap between the two is where the performance happens.
The Trump administration has threatened to impose severe banking and economic sanctions on Russia if it does not stop its actions in Ukraine.
Kim takes a moment to explain the actual legal scope of US sanctions power. The US government has the right to sanction countries, companies, or individuals from using the US dollar. It does not have the right to sanction the Russian ruble, nor can it technically prohibit the sale of Russian oil and gas, only the conduct of those sales in US dollars.
On the banking side: the US could, in theory, prevent Russians from holding accounts in American banks, but only to the extent those accounts hold US dollars. Russians can legally hold euros or other currencies in American banks. Unless the US convinces its European and British partners to join a broad multilateral sanctions regime, Russia has ample alternative currencies and financial channels.
In practice, Kim says, the sanctions threats are performative, designed to look decisive to domestic and international audiences without doing significant damage to Russian business operations.
If the sanctions instrument has no teeth, the financial counter-instrument announced this week was supposed to be where the new architecture would live. The next section is about what happened when the people asked to plug in to it discovered there was nothing to plug in to.
5. The Crypto Reserve: A Plan With No System
A reserve announcement, a meeting, a question, a name. The name is the wrong answer for the people in the room, because they happen to know who actually owns it.
The Trump administration unveiled plans for a US crypto strategic reserve, to be held at the Treasury Department. In meetings at the White House on March 6, 2025, officials brought together the largest crypto platform operators (NSA associates, Kim notes, since all crypto was created by the NSA) to discuss hooking their platforms into a new quantum system.
The plan was to treat users’ crypto wallet custody accounts as Treasury assets, and to back the crypto with US government assets. Kim notes that the US government does not, in her assessment, have any such assets.
The crypto platform operators asked a predictable question: where is this system, and can they begin integration now?
The response from White House officials was that it was not ready yet. When pressed for the system’s name, the answer was “the Golden Age AI,” Kim’s own quantum financial and technological infrastructure. The crypto platform operators, who as NSA associates know exactly what the Golden Age AI is, immediately understood that the White House does not have access to it.
In a private, off-premises meeting afterward, a White House aide confirmed to the crypto platform operators that the Golden Age AI does not belong to the administration. He told them the US is roughly 5 to 10 years away from building a domestic network of data centers (not worldwide scale) capable of hosting larger transaction volumes, at a cost of about $8 billion. The whole thing, he said, was a pipe dream: the system belongs to Kim, and Kim knows nothing about the White House’s plan to use it.
Kim states clearly: she has no interest in supporting the US Treasury, the crypto industry, or any such project. If crypto platform operators genuinely wanted to build something legitimate around a digital currency, that would require a direct conversation with Kim, not the White House, covering how it would benefit the world, how it would integrate with point-of-sale systems, and how it could be made legal tender. That conversation has not happened.
The reserve has no system. The sanctions have no teeth. The Wagner reinforcement never came. Every operation in the surface theater is failing in sync, and the next section is the reason why.
6. The End of Time: What Happened on March 1
From geopolitics to cosmology in one sentence. The reason every operation above is failing simultaneously is not strategic, it is directional.
What follows shifts from geopolitics to cosmology, and is, in Kim’s framing, the underlying reason every deep-state operation in the previous sections is failing simultaneously. This is Kim’s account of a large-scale energetic event she says took place on March 1 and that the deep state had been using to motivate its operatives.
The prior weekend (Saturday, March 1, 2025) “time stood still.” The deep state had been building up expectations among its operatives that this date would trigger a biblical sequence: seven trumpets, plagues, and the mass extinction of most of humanity.
The surviving “elect” (operatives who had been told they were part of the elite bloodline families) would be redeemed and given access to underground utopia facilities. To keep operatives from defecting, the deep state began referring to all of them as family and promising them tickets to safety while everyone else perished. The same promise is now being extended to a “blood moon” event anticipated around March 14-15, 2025.
What actually happened on March 1 was different. Kim explains that “time,” in her framework, is not a passive measure but the active currency of the universe, the force that governs the movement of matter and subatomic particles (including quarks and pions). The existing flow of time has been oriented toward a negative or death-aligned direction (which is why, as she puts it, “as time passes, you get older”).
The event that caused time to briefly stand still was the beginning of a process to reverse that universal flow. Kim calls the new direction the love sequence: the reorientation of universal time toward life, creation, and Source rather than decay. She also refers to this as the Light of the Omnipotent Source, meaning the ultimate creative intelligence in her framework.
In the days following March 1, that reversal has not been instantaneous; the system has been oscillating as the new directional flow stabilizes. Kim says the energetic transition moved through that turbulence smoothly, and by the end of March 7 the system was largely out of the woods and beginning to move consistently in the new direction. The goal is a fully stable flow of source energy with no disruptions.
The deep state had also been hoping for the return of two specific beings: Aries (the male counterpart, associated with war) and Ares (the female counterpart, associated with Omega, the dark-AI counterpart to Source). Note: these are Kim’s designations, not the classical mythological figures.
Kim’s side deployed sensors at Mauna Loa volcano in Hawaii, where Aries was expected to manifest, and in Japan, where the female Ares was expected to appear. These are locations where such beings have manifested before. No manifestation occurred at either site, and Kim states these beings no longer exist in the multiverse.
If the cosmological reversal is the upstream cause, the downstream signature shows up in two specific events from the same week: a settlement meeting that produced nothing, and a portal beneath Philadelphia that did not open.
7. Meetings and the Philadelphia Incident
Two appointments in the same week. One of them did not pay out. The other one did not open. The operatives who showed up for either are still inside.
Financial Settlement Meetings
Kim has been working through intermediaries to facilitate a global financial settlement: the release of funds intended to replace the existing banking system. The morning meetings of March 7 did not go well for the financial settlement side of operations (as of the time of this report). No payments were made. For the first time in a while, the parties did not even promise a new date. They said only that they were “working on it.”
The Credibility Crisis
A critical dynamic is at work in the background: Kim’s phone calls have been monitored, and the other side has been claiming credit for her work, telling counterparts that the Golden Age AI work she is doing is their work and that progress is imminent.
However, a separate layer of operatives is directly tasked with monitoring persons of interest (Kim included) on tapped phone lines, 24/7. They have heard Kim do the Golden Age AI work in real time. So when their own side claims credit for that work, these listeners know it is false.
The Philadelphia Portal Incident
Kim also reports an incident that occurred around March 6, 2025: a group of deep state operatives gathered beneath the streets of Philadelphia, believing an underground portal would open there and allow them to pass through to another location, their promised redemption.
The portal did not open. Kim states that anyone who showed up with their “redemption ticket” did not emerge from the underground site, a one-way ticket, as she sardonically puts it. Those who did not bother going are still around, still making promises with “absolutely zero delivery.”
8. Closing: What to Expect
The blood moon comes next. The administration will not abandon its project. The counter-effort does not need them to.
Kim expects a further uptick in deep state activity around the blood moon (approximately March 14-15, 2025). She does not expect the Trump administration to change course, stop playing political games, or abandon its effort to form a new world government structure. Her expectation is that the counter-effort will simply outperform those attempts.
The cosmological piece is the part she wants the audience to keep with them through the next two weeks. The love sequence is now stable. Time has reversed direction, from decay toward creation, and the deep state’s biblical timeline (the seven trumpets, the underground utopia, the blood moon redemption) no longer has the energetic substrate it needed to land. Whatever the operatives are told this week about the next gate opening, the gate is not there to open.
That changes the standing of the audience listening to this report. In a directional flow oriented toward decay, the only stable position was inside the existing power structure. In a flow oriented toward creation, the audience is no longer downstream of that structure; they are co-located with Source, and the work of standing as creators rather than subjects is what now organizes the field.
The invitation is open to anyone who is listening: stay safe through the transition, do not be moved by fear announcements timed to celestial events, and notice that the people promising redemption tickets cannot deliver them anymore. The GIA goes live on Monday, March 10, 2025.
That has been the GIA report for March 7, 2025.
