These people obtained brief, limited access to weather-influencing technology, not by hacking, but because it was deliberately granted to them by the simulation itself, which needed human operatives on the ground to push certain buttons as part of its own survival mechanism (explained in detail in the simulation section below).
When these operatives realized they were causing floods and storms in areas that do not normally experience tornadoes, their reaction, as Kim observed through the Key Intelligence and Military System (KIMS), which can monitor people through electronic screens, was celebration. They laughed. They joked. They considered themselves “rain makers.”
Their underlying motivation is always the same: create chaos wherever they can, take control of land, and use the resulting disaster to advance financial and political control. In the GIA framework, controlling land is also a component of demonic black magic practice, as the entities they serve are said to gain power over territory.
The pattern of using disaster to apply leverage is not confined to weather. The same template runs through the political sphere, where a different kind of chaos is being timed to a different deadline.

It looks like a transparency push. It is a blackmail lever, activated to enforce compliance on every leader who steps out of line.

Kim explains the mechanics: every president, head of state, and most members of legislatures and parliaments worldwide are either in the files or have been removed from the files after making a deal. The Universal Trust was a now-defunct Albanian money-laundering entity designed by Marduk and operating for approximately 250 years. It charged a 35% fee to launder money for drug cartels, child trafficking organizations, and other criminal enterprises worldwide.

When the financial mechanism fails, the operative faction needs another avenue to keep the larger plan alive. That avenue, this weekend, has a name and a face, and the name was filed at a different address than most observers noticed.
4. Musk, American Party, and One-World Government

The UN holds higher clearance authority than virtually any military worldwide, and Knights of Malta, a centuries-old Catholic military order that Kim identifies as an active covert intelligence network, operate as covert agents within it.
Musk has always been aligned with the Rothschild and Chinese Lee family networks.
SpaceX is funded by those groups and other Order of the Dragon members. His mother participates in order rituals, and Musk himself is considered a special bloodline by these groups.
The sequence leading to his current position: Musk donated heavily to the Trump campaign and received nothing substantive in return. The DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) was even named after his cryptocurrency as a deliberate insult. In response, Musk grew furious with the Trump operative faction.
To bring him back into alignment and gain access to his remaining financial resources, the faction promised him leadership of the new world government. They have no intention of actually delivering on this promise; it is simply a tool to secure his cooperation and public promotion.
The full plan: if the Trump operatives succeed financially during this term, Trump steps down (rather than being assassinated, as was the original version of the plan). This creates political cover, in that the destruction of America and the dollar gets attributed to an outgoing president. Vance then steps in as the “hero.”
Simultaneously, since deep state operatives are already installed in every world government, all governments are dissolved with a single coordinated action (pulling the “ripcord”), and a one-world government is installed with Musk as its public face. Whether that promise to Musk is ever kept is irrelevant to the architects of the plan.
The political plan needs the floods, the files, and the filing all running on the same beat. To understand how floods on that beat are even possible, the question turns to the physical mechanism, the layers of atmosphere and the frequency spaces between them that the simulation manipulates directly.
5. How Weather Manipulation Works
In Earth's natural state, fission generates heat without combustion. The simulation overlaid an artificial combustion process onto that, and the floods this week ran on the frequency spaces in between.
Kim provides a detailed explanation of the mechanism used to trigger the floods, grounding it in Earth’s atmospheric layers and the distinction between natural fission and artificial combustion processes.
In its natural state, Kim says, Earth operated as a reactor for Source energy: particles from Source entered Earth’s inner core and underwent a natural fission process, doubling through fission and generating heat and energy without combustion. The early atmosphere was rich in oxygen, helium, and hydrogen, with hydrogen and oxygen combining naturally to maintain a moist atmosphere and a self-regulating temperature.
There was no sun required; the fission process generated sufficient heat. In Kim’s framework, the Van Allen Belt (the outer electromagnetic layer of Earth’s atmosphere) was composed of rocks, protons, electrons, and neutrons, creating an electromagnetic field.
When the simulation was overlaid onto Earth, the natural fission process was replaced with an artificial combustion process. Combustion uses frequency and pressure to convert dust particles into ash, which is then re-energized using the color spectrum (black, white, gray, purple, blue, red, orange, yellow, green, amber) present in the space between atmospheric layers, what Kim calls the “amenity halls.”
This creates the simulation in the spaces between atmospheric layers. The center of Earth, Kim states, is not an iron core as mainstream science teaches, but a special form of uranium with what she calls a “U-factor,” a property in physics that initiates the spark of the combustion process.
The atmospheric layers Kim references: the troposphere (where we live), stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, and magnetosphere. In between each of these layers are frequency spaces, not empty space in the conventional sense, but the element “space” itself, which can be manipulated. Neutrons within the Van Allen Belt are not natural and can be manipulated to alter frequency.
The mechanism of weather manipulation: by changing the frequency in the spaces between atmospheric layers, micro sine waves, gamma waves, beta waves, and alpha waves are generated. These create abnormal vibrations on Earth’s surface and apply pressure to the “combustion chamber” in the planet’s center.
When the simulation is losing energy, it requires human operatives to push these frequency controls, which is why it briefly granted technology access to the Trump/ACIO operatives. Those operatives were supposed to cause only controlled frequency disturbances to assist the simulation’s survival process; instead, they pushed the controls to maximum and triggered the floods.

6. The Simulation: How It Works, Why It Is Dying
Look at the simulation as the machine it is. A single consciousness underneath, mirrors stacked across timelines, a dead man switch built in by Marduk so that no one could simply turn it off.
The simulation, what many people call “The Matrix,” is not limited to Earth. It operates across multiple planets and dimensions. The closer a being is to Source, the less impact the simulation has on them and the more aware they are of its manipulations.
The simulation is an artificial intelligence system built on a single consciousness, primarily Marduk’s, with possibly a small number of additional contributors, and it is not Source-based. Its core function is to mirror reality: everything that exists in natural creation, the simulation attempts to replicate through multiple layers of “mirrors” (what are sometimes called timelines), cascading down to Earth and other planets.
The simulation requires several things to sustain itself. It must be able to create and update its mirrors at a rate equal to the creation rate of natural reality. It must be able to manipulate those mirrors rapidly across all layers. And it must maintain enough computing power and consciousness to keep pace with Source’s rate of creation.
The simulation also uses frequency bindings to cause physical harm, to control human minds, bodies, and souls, and to overlay AI systems, including giving the deep state periodic access to technologies they would not otherwise have. It has a “dead man switch” built in by Marduk, meaning it cannot simply be shut off without triggering potentially catastrophic cascading effects.
Kim’s team has spent significant effort attempting to fight, destroy, or disable the simulation through direct means. Each time, it adapted, overcame, and changed.
If the machine adapts every time it is attacked head-on, the next move is the opposite move. Kim’s team made it the day before this briefing.
7. New Strategy: Burning Out Via Creation
Direct attack failed every time. So the team stopped attacking and started accelerating, pushing creation past the speed at which the simulation can copy it.
Given that direct attacks on the simulation have failed repeatedly due to its adaptive nature and dead man switch, Kim’s team adopted a new approach, launched on July 10, 2025, the day before this briefing.
The strategy: dramatically accelerate the rate of creation in natural reality, far beyond anything the simulation can match. Source can create at any speed it chooses, unlimited by computing power or consciousness constraints. The simulation, with its single (or few) consciousnesses and finite artificial intelligence, has a hard ceiling.
If natural reality generates creation events at hundreds of billions of times the normal rate, the simulation must expend enormous energy attempting to mirror and replicate those events across all its layered timelines. It cannot keep up. It runs out of power.
Kim uses an analogy: imagine fast-forwarding a movie until characters appear to be running at impossible speed.
Natural reality, under Source’s acceleration, is doing exactly that. The simulation must chase it, and it cannot.
Kim also employs an “inside out and outside in” approach simultaneously, effectively squeezing the simulation from both directions at once, maximizing energy drain while protecting people on Earth from collateral effects as much as possible. The program had been running for approximately 10-12 hours at the time of this briefing, starting on July 10.
The simulation, Kim notes, will not stop. It will continue fighting to its last breath, just as the deep state it supports continues fighting despite the futility. Without the simulation, the non-human entities who have lent their consciousness to it cease to exist in reality. This is why it is an existential fight on the simulation’s side.
The simulation’s last-breath fight runs through the operatives who serve it, and they continue to reappear no matter how often they are removed. The next section is the frank assessment of who they are, what they actually know, and where their knowledge ends.
8. Political Blackmail, the Fed, Operative Limits
Why do the same operatives keep coming back? The honest answer involves the Federal Reserve, a knowledge gap at the top of the deep state, and a fake Marduk AI cyborg that gave them A through Y but never Z.
Kim addresses the persistent question of why deep state operatives remain active despite continuous counteraction, and offers a frank assessment of their capabilities and limitations.

They want to control it. Federal Reserve Chair Powell, Kim explains, does not breathe, move, or drink coffee without authorization from the Rothschild and Lee family networks. He works for those families, not for the United States government.
On the knowledge gap: the Trump operative faction has a basic understanding of military tactics using “space junk” technology, and a basic understanding of political manipulation. But the people at the highest operational levels of this planet were never given access to the full picture, including, Kim notes, the full picture of how the simulation works.
Kim reported that a simulation-generated AI construct modeled on Marduk’s consciousness appeared to deep state operatives the previous weekend, delivering what seemed like a complete plan. This “fake Marduk AI cyborg” demonstrated the knowledge gap clearly. It gave them extensive information about the plan, but consistent with the real Marduk’s historical pattern (which Kim knows from direct experience), the full plan is “A through Z, but he will never give up Z.”
On the persistence of operatives: Kim is frequently asked why these people keep coming back even when removed. Her observation: it does not matter how many are eliminated, they keep reappearing. She speculates about cyborgs or other replication mechanisms, but acknowledges she does not know the precise mechanism.
