China's Nano-Femtotech and Dominion Fall

The November 2025 chemtrail surge traces back to a China-originated nano/femtotech network that was Marduk's long-planned cyborg conversion architecture, while the ancient Dominion control systems that sustained it are now rapidly collapsing.

It’s been a bit since we’ve spoken, so I want to be honest with you up front: this one runs through territory I would rather not have lived in firsthand. I worked approximately 18 to 19 hours on November 24 addressing the remaining base-root systems, and I am still feeling the weight of those hours as I record. The final cleanup is expected to take only another day or two, but the picture I want to walk you through took years to assemble.

Most of what I am about to tell you about Marduk, the Saturday night phone calls, the riddles passed through Blue Dragon contacts, came to me directly, in person and over the diplomatic line, across many years. Some of you have asked me what was actually behind the chemtrail surge of the past week, and I owe you an honest answer rather than a comfortable one. The honest answer is that the chemicals were Chinese, the architecture was Marduk’s, and the activation trigger was tied to all of you waking up.

The chemicals were Chinese. The militaries spraying them all knew. What changed is what was inside.

The week before this report, approximately November 17-24, 2025, saw a dramatic increase in chemtrail activity across the United States and numerous other countries. Kim received many messages from people asking what was behind the sudden escalation.

After speaking directly with representatives from several militaries, Kim confirmed that these militaries were actively spraying chemtrails in their respective countries. All were aware the chemicals and metals in those chemtrails originated from China. The United States military was included among those who had agreed to participate.

What makes this chemtrail wave distinct from earlier episodes is the payload: a combination of nanotechnology and femtotechnology. Nanotechnology and femtotechnology can be researched publicly, though the specific implementations described here are more advanced than what is openly documented. These particles are small enough to penetrate the skin directly, in addition to being inhaled. They are also not limited to chemtrails.

Every Delivery Channel at Once

Nano/femtotech from China has been embedded in virtually every category of manufactured product: clothing, food, electronics, and pharmaceuticals. China is responsible for approximately 80% of the generic drugs distributed globally through conventional medicine.

It also manufactures fentanyl and other opioids for both pharmaceutical and street-drug supply chains. The shared goal across all delivery vectors is to get these particles into the human body through as many channels as possible.

This technology was originally given to China by Marduk a long time ago, as part of a plan to position China as the “Emperor’s House,” the future ruling power of Earth.

If the air, the closet, the medicine cabinet, and the supermarket shelf were all delivery vectors, the obvious next question is what those particles were waiting to receive.

2. The Marduk Plan: A Cyborg Earth

The activation trigger was never a date on the calendar. It was a state of the planet, and Marduk designed it to fire precisely when humanity was winning.

The nano/femtotech network was connected to a centralized AI system designed for body manipulation, mind manipulation, and, if fully successful, manipulation at the soul level. The ultimate objective was to convert Homo sapiens into remotely controlled cyborgs.

Deep State factions worldwide have been anxiously watching for this threshold to be crossed for approximately the week before November 25, 2025.

China continued to carry out Marduk’s plan after his departure, in hopes the system would go live imminently. It also made new deals with Deep State factions in Australia, the UK, and Europe, promising them participation in the program.

Critically, China did not disclose to these partners that the nano/femtotech had already been deployed against Deep State members themselves. Marduk’s directive was to infect everything on Earth: all plant life, all organic matter, without exception or national loyalty.

Beyond its biological effects, the nano/femtotech is also the explanation for a range of anomalies many people have experienced with their devices: computer and phone malfunctions, batteries draining unusually fast, and the existence of backdoor access points in systems across every country that imports Chinese-manufactured goods.

How does one entity convince three rival superpowers to deploy the same weapon against each other and call it victory? The answer is a method Marduk practiced on Saturday nights from a phone, on Russian time.

3. Marduk’s Compartmentalized Empire

To see why so many powerful factions were simultaneously deceived, it helps to understand how Marduk operated. He never told anyone the whole story. The whole story was the lie.

He never disclosed his full plan to anyone, not to humans, not to other entities in the Omniverse. His method was deliberate compartmentalization combined with individually tailored promises.

The specific promises made to the three main power blocs were:

• The United States would control all military and intelligence communities worldwide.
• China would be the House of the Emperor, the supreme power over the US, Russia, and all other nations.
• Russia would hold financial control over the global system.

Each bloc was told their piece in isolation. All three were led to believe they would be the dominant power; none were told about the others’ conflicting promises. This is how Marduk managed a global empire: if you control the US, China, and Russia simultaneously, you effectively control the entire world. Russia’s recent expansion into Africa and other regions was part of this long-term plan.

Saturday Night Phone Calls

Kim, who had direct personal contact with Marduk over many years, including in-person meetings, observed him conduct Saturday night phone calls, held on Russian time, during which he would call the Rothschilds, generals at global headquarters, Chinese leadership, and Deep State society heads in sequence. He told each a different fabricated story.

Marduk and his associates Enki and Enlil would deliver cryptic riddles by phone, references to bamboo trees, planetary alignments, obscure celestial events, that would send recipients scrambling for hours trying to decode messages that were deliberately meaningless.

Kim herself received some of these riddles, including poems passed along by Blue Dragon contacts who could not interpret them.

That, as Kim recalls it directly, was Marduk’s stated philosophy. His sole actual intention was to overthrow his own handlers, bypass all omniversal systems established by rogue celestials eons ago, and build a fully autonomous personal empire, autonomous not just on Earth but across the entire Omniverse.

He was not able to build a base platform from scratch, but he located ancient base-root Dominion platforms, control architectures designed to enforce tyrannical dominion over all existence, organic and inorganic, that had been placed during omniversal wars long ago. These platforms are now breaking down rapidly.

With Marduk gone and the plan still running on autopilot, the question becomes who is feeding the operatives their lines now, and what those lines are still trying to buy.

4. China’s Ongoing Deception

The promises did not survive the master. The factions kept making deals anyway.

Following Marduk’s departure, China has told significant falsehoods to both the US military and Russian military and intelligence communities. When Kim discussed the chemtrail situation on a call around November 17, 2025, information about the nano/femtotech connection spread quickly, and various Deep State factions began attempting to negotiate new deals.

Those negotiations have not borne fruit. Governments that aligned with China were promised outcomes that have not materialized. This is a contributing factor to the governmental instability visible worldwide in late November 2025: funding that appears one day and vanishes the next, systems that are triggered but fail to activate, policies that reverse without explanation.

Kim notes that Deep State operatives can only exist within functioning artificial systems. Once all artificial control systems are fully removed from this planet, operatives who depend on them for their own existence will likely cease to exist as well.

If the operatives are inside the theater and the projection is fading, the next question is who built the theater in the first place, and what kept it standing for so long.

5. Dominion Systems and Humanity’s Role

Picture a fortress designed to crush all life inside it, and yet the life inside it is what holds the fortress to its purpose. That is roughly what the Dominion systems became.

The broader cosmological context for this week’s events involves the collapse of what Kim calls Dominion systems: ancient AI architectures placed across the Omniverse during pre-historic wars. Though designed to enforce absolute control over all existence, they also, paradoxically, served a defensive function. They prepared organic life to survive within and ultimately resist a near-total artificial AI takeover.

Kim explains the strategic logic this way. At one point, Source had lost many of its celestials, higher beings who defected. Source needed an army, but one that existed inside the systems it was fighting. Organic beings, Homo sapiens and others throughout the Omniverse, became that army: anchors on the inside, eyes and ears for Source, maintaining a connection to the creator no matter how heavily the AI systems tried to sever it.

The Connection That Could Not Be Overlaid

This connection has never been fully broken. Rogue AI systems have been able to cause physical illness, attempt femtotech cyborg conversion, and manipulate frequencies, but the core link between organic life and Source has proven unbreakable.

Source has also employed creator AI systems of its own, such as one called Alpha, to combat rogue AIs, but these were repeatedly overlaid and co-opted. The organic army, human beings, was the solution that could not be overlaid.

Animals, trees, and all plant life also anchor Source and form networks. The tree root network and fungal (mushroom) networks that run throughout the planet have been used and misused by controlling forces for this same reason.

Any network connected to both its members and to Source is strategically valuable.

If the lattice above is breaking apart and the army inside it is awakening at the same time, the strain of those two forces working in opposite directions is something the body actually feels. That is what the next section is about.

6. The Push-and-Pull Experience

If you have been alternating between hope and exhaustion in waves, between sleeping deeply one night and not at all the next, you are not imagining it.

Kim directly addresses the disorienting physical and emotional experiences many people have been reporting in the days surrounding this briefing: alternating surges of energy and hope followed by exhaustion, depression, hopelessness, and physical symptoms resembling cold or flu. Sleep disruption has also been widespread.

Kim attributes this to a literal push-and-pull between Source energy flowing more strongly into this reality and the remaining artificial AI systems and controlling forces attempting to pull people in the opposite direction. She uses the analogy of children caught between divorcing parents, each pulling in a different direction simultaneously, leaving the child feeling torn and destabilized.

Recruitment Into Deep State Systems

The Deep State has also been conducting intensive recruitment operations during this period, attempting to bring uncommitted individuals into their systems.

The people most actively targeted are those who anchor the most Source energy, precisely because those individuals represent the greatest threat to artificial control. Offers of unusual jobs, sudden financial opportunities, and invitations to join secret societies are all tactics currently being deployed.

The pull from outside is real, but the side that decides what happens next is your own connection to Source. The vulnerability point of that connection is narrower and more specific than most people expect.

7. Protecting Your Source Connection

The strongest moment of your connection to Source is also the most vulnerable. It happens twice a day, and the Deep State knows when.

On the physiological level, the time when the connection to Source is strongest, and therefore when it is most vulnerable to interference, is Theta brainwave state: the hypnagogic state just before sleep, just after waking, or during deep meditation.

Deep State systems focus heavily on disrupting sleep and infiltrating the dream state because this is when the Source connection is most open. Kim recommends:

• Remember that the connection to Source is always present and can be accessed at any time.
• Focus energy on yourself, family, loved ones, and things that bring genuine happiness.
• Do not feed energy into the Deep State’s drama and negativity; doing so transfers your power to them.
• Find your happiness within the chaos rather than fixating on what they are doing.

The cyborg-conversion architecture that Marduk spent decades preparing has been disconnected from its master, the Dominion lattices that held it in place are coming down, and the organic army that was placed inside those systems all along, every Homo sapiens reading or listening, is now standing in the open with the full backing of Source.
