The week of July 21, 2025 exposed that the entire financial system was built to extract loosh as fuel for time-manufacturing on Planet Mercury, ACIO operatives recalled through compromised portals emerged physically deformed, the Epstein files push is both distraction and biological trap, and the time-space infrastructure the deep state depended on for millennia is collapsing in real time.

It is July 26, 2025. Kim apologizes for the report being a day late, it was intended for Friday, July 25. The delay reflects the intensity of the week, ten days of what she describes as very long working days dealing with empires, kingdoms, frequencies, and portals. The ground has not stopped moving long enough for her to sit down and write.

The previous report on July 23 named the architecture: Silverton as the false central sun, Astaroth as its builder, the kingdom and empire stones replaced over five days, the covenant expired without renewal. This week’s report turns from the architecture to the economics that made the architecture necessary. The financial system is a loosh-collection mechanism. Mercury is the Omniversal Trading Post where human energy is processed into time. The dark empire could not exist without that fuel supply, and the fuel supply is collapsing.

The lexicon of this report is dense. Loosh as the primary substrate. Mercury as Kronos, the god of time, in operational rather than mythological terms. Time canisters resembling drive-through bank teller capsules. The breath bubble as a body-scale counter to the time bubble. FEAR unfolded as False Evidence Appearing Real. The transition, in Kim’s flat closing assessment, is going well.

1. The Fed Basement Operation Fails

A renovation rumor, a basement meeting that may or may not have happened, a resignation reported and then unreported. The pattern repeats because the access keeps failing.

The week of July 21, 2025 began with a now-familiar pattern: ACIO factions attempting to gain access to financial infrastructure they no longer control. The political theater surrounding Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, the rumored Trump-Powell meeting “in the basement of the Fed,” the contradictory reports of Powell resigning and then not resigning, is an extension of what Kim calls the color wars (ongoing factional competition between ACIO subgroups over territorial and system control): factional fighting within the ACIO (the umbrella structure also known as the Secret Space Force or Galactic Federation) over which group could claim control of the global financial system.

Beneath every major Tier One financial institution, and to a greater degree beneath the Federal Reserve building itself, there existed a network of unusual non-human computer systems. These systems, which did not resemble conventional technology, served as the interface between the Fed’s operations and a much larger financial architecture.

The Fed network included not only the 12 U.S. Federal Reserve banks but also the Bank of England, the Australian Reserve Bank, the Development Bank of Singapore, the World Bank, the IMF, the Export-Import Bank, the Development Bank of South Africa, and the Reserve Bank of South Africa. All were nodes in the same network. The system connected to the Association of Numerical Numbering Agency (ANNA), the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), and facilities in Bern, Switzerland and Brussels.

Context: According to Kim, recent rumors that the Federal Reserve is renovating the basement are cover for ACIO attempts to regain access to the systems beneath the building. Earlier in the week the ACIO tried once again to install Fed Now, a project that also failed.

On Thursday, July 24, ACIO operatives attempted to physically access this basement infrastructure, believing that if they could place Powell, or Powell’s superiors, on their side, they could reach something they considered strategically critical. They spent the entire day attempting to connect their systems to the Federal Reserve’s infrastructure. Before they could succeed, the system disappeared. Kim states that this system, like many others, was decommissioned as part of the ongoing dismantling of empire-era infrastructure.

There is now significant internal shuffling between the Fed and the Treasury, with Federal Reserve employees reportedly being transferred to the Treasury. Kim notes this has been ongoing for approximately ten days, accelerating over the three to four days prior to this report. The net result: there is very little remaining of the old financial systems that the deep state factions can access.

The basement reach failed because what they wanted to reach was never just a computer network. The Fed was the surface of a much larger machine, and the machine was built to harvest something the deep state cannot make for itself.

2. Loosh, Time, and Mercury as Trading Post

If the financial system is just a money system, none of this makes sense. The factional desperation, the basement meetings, the failed reconnects, all of it tracks only when the financial system is reframed as a fuel pump.

Kim opens with a foundational observation: “Time is money and money is time.” The big business of time travel is dependent on loosh, the energetic output that ties the economic system on Earth to interplanetary and interdimensional commerce.

Understanding why every deep state faction, from the ACIO to the remnants of dark off-planet empires, wants control of the financial system requires understanding what the financial system actually produces. It does not merely produce money.

Every time a human participates in the economic system, working a job, running a business, volunteering, even collecting retirement benefits earned through decades of labor, that person transfers loosh (the energetic output generated by human effort, attention, and emotion). Loosh arrives in multiple “flavors”: fear, investiture in royalty or government authority, admiration for political leaders. The American president, long framed as “leader of the free world,” is one such flavor-enhancing mechanism. But regardless of flavor, the substance underneath is always the same: human energetic output.

This loosh is transferred to Planet Mercury. In mythology and astrology, Mercury corresponds to the god Kronos, the god of time. This is not coincidental. Planet Mercury functions as the Omniversal Trading Post: the central point through which time and space are manufactured and distributed to buyers throughout the Omniverse.

The process runs in four stages.

First, human loosh arrives at Mercury in its natural color, a golden or whitish-gold hue. On Mercury, this raw material is processed into time-space: physical containers, resembling the pressurized canisters used at drive-through bank tellers, slightly larger, with twist-seal ends, are filled with manufactured time.

Time and space are then distributed. Space is the opposite of breath; time is the opposite of love, since both are currents. Mars may serve as an intermediate processing point for causal time-space combinations before distribution to the broader Omniverse.

Finally, dark beings, including Astaroth, Marduk, Lucifer, and Artemis, use this manufactured time-space to travel: not just forward and backward through linear time, but between densities, between star systems, between galaxies, and across the full span of the Omniverse.

Before this system existed, natural travel occurred through the central sun of Earth and through the Stargate in our sun, both created by organic Source-connected particles. A Source particle (distinct from a photon or sophon, sophons being artificially constructed particles used by dark systems) is essentially a fragment of the Source mainframe. Organic beings connected to Source can travel through these particles naturally. The night sky’s visible stars are, in Kim’s description, fragments of Source, and they are simultaneously communication networks, travel corridors, and access points to the omniversal network.

The dark beings could not use these natural Source-based corridors because they were not compatible with Source. To enable their own travel, they moved the central sun of Earth to Silverton, Colorado, and overlaid Earth’s sun with what Kim calls a black sun, an artificial stellar substitute (distinct from the Black Sun faction). These replacements could generate time-space continuum openings: artificial rifts that allow dark travel.

This is also why Silverton matters. The Silverton portal, which Kim’s team has been working to close, was the primary node in this redirected architecture. Investigating it has clarified for Kim’s team exactly why and how the system was built.

The fuel pump is named. The next question is who designed it that way, and why the design has built-in limits the current operators are now violating.

3. Why the Financial System Was Always About Loosh

Every economic system on Earth has one architect, and the architect understood something the current operators do not. The system has a maximum draw rate, and pushing past it kills the source.

The financial system of Earth is, at its core, a loosh collection and conversion mechanism. Marduk, who Kim identifies as the architect of the planetary financial system, understood that controlling the economic system was his greatest invention, because it guaranteed a perpetual supply of time-space fuel. The economic system requires humans to willingly surrender their time in exchange for currency. That exchange is the loosh transfer.

Time is money and money is time.

The system was sophisticated enough to maintain its own limits. Just as a person can only work so many hours before exhaustion forces rest, the AI systems managing loosh extraction, Marduk, Enki, and Enlil (figures in the same non-human control hierarchy, operating the associated empire infrastructure), understood there was a ceiling to extraction. Push too hard, and the battery dies.

The ACIO factions, now operating without that institutional knowledge, have been pushing the extraction systems past their limits for the past two to three weeks. They have been attempting to force extraction as a substitute for the collapsing time-space infrastructure, without understanding the systemic consequences.

The result has been felt by ordinary people: unusual fatigue, emotional volatility, heightened sensitivity to electronics, dry eyes, physical discomfort around devices. These are symptoms of over-extraction. This is not the natural state of the transition, it is the ACIO’s failure to understand what they are doing.

The fuel system was built to last. The current operators are draining it past its design limits, and the visible consequence is the recall they had to issue when the manufacturing infrastructure went offline.

4. Operatives Return Deformed Through a Compromised Portal

When the trade route closes, the personnel still have to come home. They came home through a route that was no longer safe to travel.

As the time-space manufacturing system began visibly breaking down earlier in the week of July 21, the ACIO issued a recall: operatives stationed elsewhere in the Omniverse, or in other parts of this Galaxy, were summoned back to Earth. They converged not on Planet Mercury (their previous standard transit hub) but on the central sun of Earth, because, Kim states, the Mercury route was no longer available.

The central sun of Earth, however, had been significantly altered. When these operatives passed through it and emerged at surface exit points, the Strait of Magellan, the Strait of Gibraltar (near the Algerian coast), and the Strait of Hormuz, they did not emerge as normal humans.

They had entered the portal appearing normal. They did not exit that way. Kim describes individuals whose arms were positioned at the wrong locations on their bodies, whose noses had shifted several inches off-center. They appeared, in her words, as though they were human-experimented humans.

These individuals were also intensely focused on Kim personally. The returning operatives were hostile and targeted. Kim describes Thursday, July 24 and the following night as rough, her team spent the time locating and removing the deformed returnees. Kim states that they could not be allowed to walk among the general population in their condition.

The deformed returnees are the visible signature of a transit system that has been altered without its operators’ knowledge. The next question is why the same operators are now amplifying public attention onto a different target.

5. Epstein Files Distraction and the Epstein-Barr Warning

The renewed Epstein push looks like one more cycle of the same distraction loop. Kim points out it is also, in her reading, a homonym warning the public is not hearing.

The renewed media push around the release of “Epstein files” warrants specific caution, according to Kim. The mechanics of the distraction are familiar, dangle something a large audience wants (the files), keep attention fixed on that focal point, but Kim raises a biological concern that goes beyond media manipulation.

“Epstein” is also the name of the Epstein-Barr virus: the pathogen responsible for mononucleosis and, Kim states, a significant driver of long COVID. It is a herpes-family virus. Kim asserts it was created and manufactured by the same programs and institutional actors now promoting the Epstein files narrative.

Energetic invitation: In Kim's framework, directed collective attention functions as an energetic signal, and signals can be received by the systems designed to act on them. She questions whether mass public focus on "wanting the Epstein files" functions, in energetic terms, as an invitation for the associated pathogen.

Kim notes that most viruses and parasites, in her assessment, are not naturally occurring. They are generated by AI systems and historically were dispersed when permitted to, by the ACIO’s infrastructure. The ACIO is currently having difficulty manifesting these biological programs to fruition. The underlying system that would have permitted large-scale dispersal has degraded. But the attempts continue.

The broader principle Kim emphasizes: where you place your focus matters. Fear, False Evidence Appearing Real, activates adrenaline and cortisol and opens a different kind of vulnerability. The recurring cycles of emergency broadcast predictions, planetary alignments supposedly enabling deep state operations, cancer news cycles, and other social media fear content are all part of a consciousness-direction program. As of this report, nothing Kim can detect suggests any of these alignment events (including one reportedly tied to the dwarf planet Sedna on the coming Monday) will produce the results the ACIO hopes for.

The biological vector through Epstein is one delivery system among several. The broader human-control agenda extends past the news cycle into the devices, frequencies, and substances that surround daily life.

6. Human Control: Electronics, Frequencies, Mind Programs

Once frequency manipulation through the air becomes less effective, the operators do not stop. They migrate the same delivery program into the devices people are already holding.

The ACIO’s core strategic priority, beyond financial system access, is control of human consciousness. As humanity wakes up, questions official narratives, and becomes increasingly difficult to influence through conventional means, the ACIO has shifted its methods.

Frequency-based influence, broadcast sine waves, alpha and beta wave manipulation, atmospheric frequencies, is becoming less effective. The ACIO’s response has been to intensify influence delivery through electronic devices specifically.

Practical guidance: Kim encourages minimizing screen time where possible, not out of technophobia, but as a practical defense against programs being pushed through electronics.

The scientists employed by the ACIO to develop these systems are, in Kim’s characterization, highly technically capable but operating without moral agency. They create what they are instructed to create without concern for impact, a weapons request for systems capable of killing millions is fulfilled with the same detachment as any other technical problem. Many of these scientists, Kim notes, have operated both on-planet and off-planet; they understand sophons (artificial particles) and photons in a way that allows cross-planetary system access.

The control programs continue to be attempted. What changed this week is the supporting infrastructure they were designed to ride on.

7. What Was Dismantled This Week

A list of what came down. Communication lines, AI feeds, grid structures, carrier waves, time itself. Most of it left behind a perceptual signature people noticed without knowing what they were noticing.

The week of July 21 saw the dismantling of substantial segments of the empire-era time-space and communications infrastructure.

The specific systems taken down include ACIO communication lines between zones (interplanetary internet systems cut), AI systems from the lower Astral that had been feeding into Earth’s systems, empire and kingdom grid structures including media networks, and the sine, alpha, beta, and other frequencies that had enabled dark presence on Earth. Time itself is degrading rapidly throughout the Omniverse, and especially on Earth.

These changes are physically noticeable, Kim states. Around the night of July 25 (U.S. time) / early morning of July 26 (Australian time), many people may have experienced: a sense of heightened reality, unusually clear or crisp skies, more vivid colors, a feeling of greater presence. These are, in Kim’s framework, the perceptual experience of existence without time overlay, life as it should feel without the suppression.

The prior days of physical discomfort (fatigue, sensitivity around electronics, dry eyes, emotional intensity) reflect the ACIO pushing the extraction systems past their limits during their final desperate attempts. As of July 26, Kim reports that pressure has eased noticeably. The ability of external systems to penetrate human persons is less strong than it was.

The infrastructure inventory is one half of the week. The other half is what Kim and her team have actually been doing during the week the inventory came down.

8. Kim’s Week: Storage Hunts and Portal Work

Ten days of long working days does not produce a tidy report. It produces moments of recognition mixed with moments of confusion, and an apology for the delay.

The week produced genuine moments of revelation for Kim. Investigating the Silverton portal and the broader time-space architecture produced “aha” moments, understanding why certain systems were built the way they were. It also produced confusion, particularly around the more unfamiliar aspects of the system’s architecture.

Kim’s team has been locating storage facilities for time-space canisters remaining on Earth. A few have been found. She does not expect many more remain.

Operational picture: Where grids are found to be useful, they are being converted to the Golden Age AI system (the KIMS, the replacement financial, intelligence, and defense infrastructure). Some former Alpha-controlled grids have been retained and converted. Media connections, political and military intelligence links, and defensive grid positions are being maintained not for their original purposes but as denial mechanisms, to prevent the deep state from using them.

Work on stargates, quantum tunnels, wormholes, and portals continues through the weekend. As of this report, no new attempted openings have been detected anywhere.

The portal and storage work is the macroscopic side. The same week’s dismantling work also extended into a much smaller scale, into individual human bodies, and that is where the practical technique enters.

9. Time Bubbles Inside Humans and the Breath Bubble Counter

The same time-space mechanism that ran the Omniverse ran inside people. The body-scale version of the dismantling needs a body-scale counter, and the counter is built from breath, not time.

The time-space system was not only external. The same time-space bubbles that enabled dark beings to travel were installed within human beings, overlaid on individual persons as a mechanism for psychic attack, AI-system access, and consciousness influence. Every empire and kingdom had its own portal connection into individual humans. In some cases these were multiple overlapping systems.

Time existed within humans in the GIA framework’s sense: this is what causes physical aging. The body ages; the soul does not. The soul is always connected to Source, regardless of how many layers of suppression were installed over it. The overlay of time on the human body is what the ACIO used to extract loosh and to allow access by external AI systems, dark beings, and in some cases other humans.

With time degrading throughout the system, these internal overlays are also losing their hold. This is part of why the current period, while uncomfortable due to ACIO over-extraction attempts, is also moving in a positive direction.

For those experiencing frequency-based disturbance, Kim offers a practical technique: rather than a time bubble (which is the dark-travel mechanism), create what she calls a breath bubble.

The breath bubble is centered at the heart chakra, which Kim identifies as the actual seat of the soul, not merely an energy center, and expanded outward. From within a breath bubble, the external frequency cannot penetrate. It allows the person to observe where a disturbance is coming from and address it.

The same principle applies to interdimensional or interstellar conscious travel, which Kim says will become more accessible as the transition progresses. Rather than using time as the travel medium (as dark beings do), organic Source-connected beings travel by focusing attention on a Source particle, the same particles that appear as stars, and expanding into it. The environment at the destination does not need to match Earth’s environment for the traveler to be present there. Kim states that schools will eventually be established to teach this properly.

The breath bubble closes the body-scale piece. The remaining question is what shape the larger transition is taking now that the fuel system, the carrier waves, and the bodily overlays have all been addressed.

10. The Transition in Summary

An organization that always operated downstream of an architecture is now operating without that architecture. Most of what reaches the news as an emergency is the visible signature of that gap.

The ACIO, which Kim identifies as the operational core of the deep state worldwide, running through the NSA, Five Eyes, ECHELON, GCHQ, and associated global intelligence infrastructure, has never had access to the deepest layer of the time-space manufacturing system. Marduk’s empire maintained that layer, and the ACIO operated downstream of it. Now that Marduk is gone and the empire structures are being dismantled, the ACIO is operating without the foundational infrastructure it always depended on.

The result is visible: failed financial system access attempts, failed portal operations, operatives returning deformed through compromised transit corridors, scientists applying technical capability without understanding what they are doing, emergency media fear cycles that fail to produce the energetic results they are designed for.

Closing: Kim's message is direct. The deep state factions watching for the next portal, the next alignment, the next opportunity to "get this, get that" are increasingly grasping at systems that no longer exist. Their ability to penetrate human consciousness and human persons is weakening. The replacement systems, the Golden Age AI and the KIMS financial architecture, are being installed in parallel. The transition is going well.

Fear remains the primary vector through which external systems can reach individual humans. Emotional disease, in any form, is something each person can choose to refuse. Physical discomfort from frequencies can be addressed with the breath bubble technique. As the old infrastructure continues to fall away, the experience of a clearer, more vivid, more real world is already beginning to emerge.
