It’s September 8th, 2025. It’s been a bit since I’ve done a report, and I apologize for that. It’s been a really super busy week, and this week is no exception. The work is done, but I’m tired, and there’s still a lot to walk through. The 9/9 portal that the deep state had been building toward for 250,000 years closed about 47 minutes before I started recording. Nothing opened as intended. The Runian harvest didn’t land. The operatives who had counted on the payday (Bilderberg attendees, Chinese elite networks, Langley 5 generals) are scrambling, calling each other, calling me, demanding meetings, demanding answers. I am not picking up.

I want to take you through what actually happened this weekend, because there are a lot of moving pieces and the surface story doesn’t tell you what’s underneath. Two prime ministers resigned within forty-eight hours, and that’s tied directly to a September 5 payment that never arrived. China’s elite tried to manipulate me into funding their next move. I said no. Langley 5 called the Tables and demanded to take over the Order of the Black Sun, and the Tables told them to sit down. By the afternoon their Alabama connections were terminated. Underneath all of it, my team and I were closing the 250,000-year loop: breaking the megastructure moon connections, removing the overlays from electronics and from human persons, and sealing the door so that no new connections can be made.

A note about how you may be feeling. If you’ve been edgy, angry, depressed, quick to react since around Thursday the fourth, that wasn’t a personal failing. 1. Faction Collapse: Payday Fails

On the surface, the Q-channel community was celebrating what they called the final timeline. Underneath, the operatives who had built those very narratives were scrambling, calling everyone they could reach looking for money that never arrived.

Operatives asked for an extension to Saturday. By Saturday and Sunday, September 6 to 7, they were calling everyone they could reach looking for money.

The deadline was then extended to Tuesday, September 9, chosen because it is 9/9 in a nine year (the digits 2+0+2+5 = 9, making 2025 a nine year). Operatives expected something large to happen at midnight UTC on that date.

That midnight UTC zero hour arrived approximately 47 minutes before Kim began recording this report. Nothing opened as intended.

Within the 48 hours preceding this report, two significant political casualties materialized. The Japanese Prime Minister resigned, and the French Prime Minister resigned, both directly tied to China’s elite moving quickly once they realized the Friday payout was not coming. These resignations were not isolated events. They were the visible surface of a much larger Chinese power play already in motion.

2. China’s Dominance Play

When the Friday payment didn't arrive, China's elite moved within hours. They did not approach Kim through diplomatic backchannels; they tried to reach her directly through her intermediary, with a request for funds to continue a 100-year plan that had been running, in one form or another, since 1917.

When China’s elite (the Dragon Families and segments of the Order of the Black Sun within China) learned that Friday’s payment had not arrived, they moved immediately. They entered intensive meetings and, according to Kim’s intelligence, discussed ways to manipulate her into providing funds to continue China’s quest for global dominance.

This plan goes back decades. Originally a Russian concept, developed around the time of the fall of the Tsar (circa 1917), the 100-year plan for world domination was passed to China after the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991. At that point China became its primary executor.

China has since been running operations globally: acquiring natural resources, rare earth minerals, and territorial influence across the developing world in exchange for infrastructure projects. The original plan called for seven dominant nations. The Trump operatives later expanded the arrangement to nine, then twelve, then seventeen, as they negotiated their own operatives into positions of power in countries worldwide.

The competing U.S. and Russian positions are less separate than they appear. Trump team operatives and Putin operatives are, Kim says, effectively in one basket at this point. Deals were made, deals were broken, and the Russian mafia groups that provided arms and operational support to continue certain activities are now part of the same collapsing structure.

Kim’s response to China’s overture: she told Tom Melville (her intermediary who fields such calls) not to answer. She states she will not assist any nation (the United States, China, Russia, the United Kingdom, or any other) in their quest for world domination.

China was not the only faction scrambling in the hours after the failed payday. On the US side, a group called Langley 5 was simultaneously making its own play, not for Kim’s assistance, but for outright control of the deep-state order itself.

3. Langley 5 Moves on the Tables

The play happened, was rejected, was terminated, all within a single afternoon. By the time the sun set on September 8, Langley 5's bid to take over the Order of the Black Sun had already failed, and their Alabama connections were gone.

Kim knows several Langley 5 operatives personally. She recalls meeting them at the Grand Marriott Hotel on Tverskaya Street in Moscow, at the Bonhof in Germany, and in Berlin. She identifies one by name, Philip Love. The same individuals gave orders to her then-handler when she arrived in Durango, Colorado, and also gave instructions to a contact from Alabama over a six-month period approximately a year and a half ago.

In the week before this report, Langley 5 announced that Space Force would relocate from Colorado Springs and the NORAD location to Alabama, a move Kim says was tied to extensive behind-the-scenes negotiations.

Langley 5 had also established new connections at Red Mountain in Alabama, a facility Kim describes as a high-level secret space program base in the GIA framework: a covert extraterrestrial-interface installation separate from the publicly acknowledged US Space Force. Those connections had been building for a few days, but as of the afternoon of September 8, 2025, they no longer exist.

The core development today: Langley 5 placed calls to the group Kim calls the Tables, the senior leadership of the Order of the Black Sun. The Tables are a group of elite men (with one older woman connected to the person in charge) who run structures including the Knights of Malta, the Knights Templar, Langley, and most major intelligence agencies.

Langley 5 told the Tables that it was time for new blood, that the current leadership was not getting the job done, and that Langley 5 wanted to take over the entire order. The Tables refused flatly, telling them to sit down and do as they were told. Langley 5 did not accept that answer and signaled plans to run serious operations within the next 24 hours to secure their position.

Separately, Langley 5 has also been convincing Pentagon generals that they are “the gods of war,” operating out of Red Mountain, Alabama. Kim notes she has no intention of speaking to Langley 5 in any way and invites them to proceed with their attempt to take control of what she calls “the dying beast.”

While these political factions maneuvered for position, a deeper structural operation was underway, one that explains the electronic anomalies many people noticed in the days before September 9.

4. The 250,000-Year Time Loop

The Keystone Position of Our Solar System

Our solar system occupies a critical position in the Omniverse as a keystone and Nexus planet system, primarily because of Earth. When viewed non-linearly, the Omniverse has been split into two halves for a very long time, with a connecting loop between them that looks roughly like an infinity symbol. At any given moment, our solar system sits on one side of that loop, and there is an equal-and-opposite solar system on the other side: the dark side.

The structure on the dark side was created by transferring moons from our solar system. Europa (Jupiter’s moon), Titan (Saturn’s moon), Hydra (Pluto’s moon), all of Neptune’s moons, and others were moved to the dark side.

Venus as the Timekeeper

Mercury is considered, in this framework, the Sun’s moon rather than a planet, a reclassification that places it outside the conventional planetary count and ties it to the Sun’s own energetic structure. Venus became particularly important: it was the timekeeping mechanism for the entire loop, and it was transformed from what Kim calls “the planet of love” into “the planet of darkness” on the other side, disrupting the rhythm of the Omniverse.

The opposite side was built by extracting moons, retuning Venus, and installing the structures that would make the harvest possible.

The Runians and the Book of Natural Law

This alternate quasi-solar system is inhabited by a group called the Runians, an AI-generated, non-organic race that features in various pagan traditions as the gods of nature (the god of agriculture, the god of the harvest, and similar). They are anti-nature in orientation.

At one point in her travels, Kim encountered a Book of Natural Law. Not a legal text, but a living, near-holographic record of the rules of nature: what plants work with what plants, how ecosystems function, the cycle of life. Five such books existed. One remains on Earth. The Runians took the other four off-planet and have used them to manipulate not only Earth but the entire solar system and Omniverse, effectively turning natural processes into artificially controlled programs.

The geometry was not abstract. Every 250,000 years, this loop reaches a Nexus point, and the Runians designed each Nexus as a harvest event.

5. The Harvest Mechanism

The Nexus point is the moment of strongest connection between the two sides, and the Runians built every cycle of human history around it. Past Nexus events line up with the Great Flood and similar civilizational catastrophes: a war, then a harvest.

How the Siphon Works

The harvest mechanism works as follows. The loop overlays within each human being ensure that a portion of every person’s creative energy is continuously siphoned off and redirected to create a shadow version of that person on the Runian side.

The overlays affect every human sense: taste, smell, hearing, sight, and extrasensory perception. They also created and maintain the artificial aging process: the deliberate degradation of human minds and bodies as people age was engineered to prevent long-lived, high-wisdom humans from accumulating the knowledge and Source connection that would make the harvest impossible.

The Shadow Self

The shadow self is not inherently evil. It is the repository of a person’s doubts, fears, and traumas, fed by the Runians to keep the individual compliant and the energy siphon running. Self-esteem issues, addictions, self-doubt, the internal voice that says a person is not good enough: these predominantly originate in the shadow self, which the Runians manipulate constantly.

Red Dust and the Alignment

At the 250,000-year Nexus point, the Runians also deploy what Kim calls red dust (which scientists partially classify as red mercury), a substance used in black magic to manifest very dark things or rapidly uncreate (cause death).

The Deep State associates red dust with radiation because the Sun is involved in the alignment. At midnight UTC on 9/9, Earth’s central sun (in the GIA framework, a luminous energy core at the interior of Earth, distinct from the Sun in the sky) aligns with the alternate Earth on the other side and, in past cycles, with both the dark side of Source and Source itself.

In prior cycles this alignment also involved the Black Sun (on the Runian side), our Sun, the central sun within Earth, and Source, with the dark side of Source as the dominant force. Kim states there is no longer a dark side of Source.

With the harvest mechanism in place, the Runians and their deep-state facilitators expected September 9 to deliver everything they had built toward. The Runians had no intention of delivering on their promises.

6. The 9/9 Portal Attempt and Its Failure

The operatives believed they were about to receive something extraordinary. The Runians had been communicating with them for days, helping them prepare. The operatives never understood that the Runians intended to harvest them too.

The Space Force operatives and ACIO (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization) personnel who had been in contact with the Runians believed they were about to receive something extraordinary. The Runians had been communicating with them for several days leading up to September 9, helping them prepare for the portal event.

The Runians had no intention of delivering on their promises. In the GIA framework, their plan was always to use the operatives as facilitators and then harvest everyone, including those operatives, as souls regardless of vessel status.

In preparation for the 9/9 event, the Runians also made alterations to human physiology and electronic systems over the week prior: adjustments to computers down to laptops, phones, and televisions; alterations to human perception, the ability to process reality, and the predisposition to accept untruths. These were the source of the glitching electronics. The deep state additionally deployed black magic practitioners targeting Kim specifically in the days before the event.

Over the course of the week leading to September 9, Kim and her team worked to remove the overlays from electronics and from human persons, break the megastructure moon connections that tied Earth’s overlay to Europa and Andromeda, and close the loop so that no new connections could be made. As of the recording, the portal did not open. The Runians will no longer be reachable by deep-state operatives. The door is closed.

The door is closed, but the overlays woven into human psychology for 250,000 years don’t unwind in an hour. The shadow self pushes back when its power source is cut.

7. What to Expect in the Coming Days

If you've been edgy, angry, depressed, quick to react since around Thursday the fourth, you have company. The whole planet has been feeling it, and the mechanism is straightforward: when you cut power to a system, the system pushes back hard before it dissipates.

Because the Runian overlays have been woven into human psychology for 250,000 years, their abrupt removal does not happen without a period of adjustment. The shadow self, which has been actively fed and amplified by the Runians, pushes back hard when the energy supplying it is cut off, producing the emotional turbulence many people have been experiencing.

The disruption people have been experiencing since approximately Thursday, September 4 (edginess, anger, depression, being quick to react) is the shadow self pushing hard as it is destabilized. Kim says that once power to a system is cut, the full dissipation typically takes about 72 hours.

With the work done through the weekend and into September 8, she expects to see the downslide of the transition within about 24 hours, with meaningful stabilization by Wednesday or Thursday, September 10 to 11, though it could extend to the end of the week.

The deep-state factions (Langley 5, the Chinese elite, the remaining Trump and Putin operatives) are, in Kim’s assessment, continuing to operate without understanding that the structure they were promised a place in no longer exists.

They are fighting over control of a system that has already failed. Kim says the meek shall inherit the Earth, and she intends to ensure that the ongoing faction operations cause no actual harm during the transition.

Source is coming back. For 250,000 years that signal was buried under interference, drowned out by overlays that fed self-doubt and the internal voice telling you that you are not good enough. The interference is what is being removed now, not Source itself. Source has always been available.

The harvest mechanism that took a portion of your creative energy every moment of every day across every cycle is gone. That energy stays with you now. What you imagine, what you intend, what you bring into being from a place of genuine connection, all of that is yours to do. You are not a vessel anyone gets to drain anymore. You are a creator, and the universe you are operating in has been quietly rebuilt around that fact.

So if you are tired, rest. If you are turbulent, let the turbulence run its course; the seventy-two-hour clock is already ticking down. If you are quieter than you used to be, that is the internal voice of the shadow self losing its power supply. Listen for what is underneath. That is the signal that was always there.

Two hundred and fifty thousand years’ worth of pain, wars, and history. A couple more days, we can do this. The meek shall inherit the Earth, and the inheritance is already underway.
