Jerome Powell's fight to stay at the Federal Reserve rests on a claim about a $100 trillion event that Kim says he had nothing to do with, and every faction scrambling to plug into his supposed access is running into the same wall: no new financial system can actually function.

It is the 1st of August 2025, and in the northern hemisphere here, summer is on its way out. The pace this season has been crazy, but not as crazy as what is going on out there.

I am Kim, the Ground Commander for the Global Intelligence Agency, and the noise around Jerome Powell is louder than it needs to be. The Federal Reserve is a private corporation. No U.S. president appoints its chairman. The whole back-and-forth in the headlines is a sideshow next to what the deep state factions are actually arguing about behind closed doors.

The week of July 28 brought an unusual concentration of phone calls. Dragon family contacts, Black Sun operatives, members of the Black Nobility, Jesuits, all variations of the same request. The volume tells me they are quite certain they cannot complete their financial objectives without me. If they had a real path, no one would be making backdoor calls.

1. The Real Story Behind Powell

Powell's case for staying in his seat sounds technical. The actual claim underneath it is much simpler, and Kim says it is false.

While summer winds down in the northern hemisphere, the battle over the Federal Reserve chairmanship has been bouncing all over mainstream and alternative media. Powell in, Powell out, fired, resigned, retracted. What has been less visible is the actual reason the deep state factions are so desperate to keep Jerome Powell (the Federal Reserve Chairman, the head of the U.S. central banking system) in his seat.

Powell has been telling various power factions that he is the only person who can connect new financial systems to the Federal Reserve’s back-door access into central banks, treasury departments, and major banks worldwide. Those factions include the Dragon families (the network of ancient financial dynasties that control the private side of global banking), Black Sun operatives (a militaristic deep state order with Nazi-era roots), and Trump-aligned lawyers.

The argument: without his specific codes and ratification, any new system cannot fully integrate. Remove him without his cooperation, the story goes, and the entire back-door infrastructure goes dark.

Kim Goguen, who operates as Ground Commander of the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA), says this is false. The Federal Reserve is a private corporation. No U.S. president appoints its chairman. They can express a preference, but the appointment is controlled by the board, which in turn is controlled by the Dragon families.

When Powell claims he was “appointed by Donald Trump in 2018” and that this appointment gave him unique system access, Kim calls that a fabrication.

The March 2018 Transfer

The deeper issue: in March 2018, shortly after Powell’s appointment was formalized, the global financial system was flooded with well over $100 trillion. Powell has been telling everyone that he was the one who enabled that injection, that his ratification and codes made it happen, and that this is proof of his indispensable position.

Kim says the truth is different. She transferred those funds directly out of the Alpha system (the underlying financial architecture she manages) to every individual government in the world. The transfers bypassed the Federal Reserve entirely, depositing into treasury accounts without Powell’s involvement or clearance. She has the spreadsheets to document it.

Kim had done something similar in 2012, but at that time the transfers went to a large number of global agencies rather than to individual country governments, and the structure was closer to what she now recognizes as a proto-global-government model. By 2018, she had figured out how to execute the transfer without needing any intermediary institution to pull funds into the system. The 2018 event was the first time she moved money individually to each national government.

His "fib" is now coming home to roost.

The result is that Powell’s entire value proposition to the deep state, keep me in place or the new systems won’t work, rests on a claim about an event that Kim says he had nothing to do with. His “fib,” as she puts it, is now coming home to roost as every faction tries to make sense of why no new financial system can be connected despite his assurances.

The deal-making activity that surrounded that fib reached an unusual intensity in the last week of July.

2. A Week of Deal-Making

The week of July 28 brought a concentration of approaches that Kim reads as a stress signal, not a sign of strength.

The deal-making activity around Kim and her associate Tom (a longtime field contact for the Global Intelligence Agency, who handles direct negotiations with outside groups on Kim’s behalf) reached an unusual intensity during the week of July 28, 2025.

The White House Visit

A prominent Asian Dragon family group, not Chinese, visited the White House. What they told White House staff, according to Kim’s information, was that they have the codes and authority to restore the Federal Reserve system and that providing those codes would make the whole system work again.

In reality, Kim says, this group is in a separate and entirely mundane business situation. They owe Tom a few hundred thousand dollars on a real estate contract that they have failed to perform on for approximately a year. They do not have hundreds of trillions of dollars. Their word, based on the track record, is worth very little.

When Kim’s team reviewed the White House meeting recording (everything in the White House is recorded), the actual substance of the meeting was different from what was reported outward. Rather than a straightforward offer of financial access, the message amounted to a two-step proposal: keep Powell in place (so the money will come), and use Kim as the pathway (call Kim, and Kim will give you access).

In other words, the Dragon family group was not offering capability they possessed. They were claiming to broker access to Kim’s capability.

Account invisibility: This group also presented old heritage accounts (historical financial instruments tied to sovereign wealth claims) to the meeting. Wells Fargo compliance, when queried, confirmed they cannot see those accounts at all. The accounts are invisible at the Wells Fargo level.

When Tom noted the invisibility issue to the group, suggesting they might need someone with higher clearance, maybe the Federal Reserve, maybe the White House, the response was “no, much higher than that.” Within the GIA framework, there is only one party described as operating at a level above the White House and the Federal Reserve: Kim, as Ground Command. Both parties in that exchange understood this is who was meant.

Other Calls

A second call came in from someone claiming to be, or claiming he would soon become, the head of the White Dragon family (a specific lineage within the broader Dragon family network, based primarily in East Asia), conditional on getting access to funds through a deal with Kim.

Multiple direct calls also came in from members of the Order of the Black Sun, the Black Nobility (European aristocratic bloodlines historically tied to the Vatican), and the Jesuit Order, all with variations of the same request. Trump-aligned lawyers and operatives, by contrast, have not called directly. Kim says they have no genuine intention of making a deal. Their goal is to take everything and leave everyone else behind.

The volume and urgency of these calls tells Kim one thing. The people placing them are quite certain they cannot complete their financial objectives without her. If they had a real path to success, no one would be trying to make backdoor deals.

All of these approaches collide with the same obstacle. The next section is why.

3. Why No New System Will Work

Three doors are being tried at once. All three are locked, and one of them is now wired to refuse anyone whose DNA does not match.

Multiple groups are currently attempting to build or install some version of a quantum or asset-backed financial system. Kim’s assessment of why each attempt fails breaks into three concurrent obstacles.

In-ground assets worldwide now carry a living DNA requirement. Anyone attempting unauthorized access will not survive the attempt.

The mechanism has been used before, around certain rooms in London and in Russia over a decade ago.

The Technology Does Not Exist on Their Side

The Federal Reserve and Treasury are being hit hard with attempts to install crypto-based infrastructure. No group has a functioning technology.

Every group that claims to have assets to leverage turns out, when examined, to have no actual assets. Repeated attempts to put old bonds and heritage accounts onto servers have failed because those assets are either not visible, not valid in the new financial system, or registered elsewhere.

The CBDC Path Is Closed

Kim states plainly that they have no capacity to pull off a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) rollout. The operational backbone they depend on is under active pressure and has been for weeks.

That backbone consists primarily of the SSP (Secret Space Program), ACIO (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization, one of 15 classified military units that operate across and beyond Earth), and what remains of those 15 militaries.

The In-Ground Assets Are Now Protected

As a precautionary measure taken over approximately July 30-31, 2025, Kim placed additional security on in-ground assets (physical resources such as gold, minerals, and other stored wealth located underground) worldwide.

The mechanism involves a living DNA requirement. Anyone attempting to access these assets without authorization will not survive the attempt. This technique has been used before, notably around certain rooms in London previously used to access Project Looking Glass (a classified program involving technology said to allow viewing of probable future timelines), and in Russia over a decade ago.

Key point: The SSP has mapped all the asset locations, likely via satellite, and has been searching for individuals who can pass through the protected access points. They know protection exists. They do not understand how the light operates in the way Kim describes it.

The specific trigger for the worldwide expansion was activity in Silverton (a location in Colorado, USA, that Kim identifies as one of the highest concentrations of in-ground assets in the world), after which Kim applied the same protection globally.

The SSP itself is a third front, and the conflict around it has been escalating in parallel.

4. The SSP War and Lions Gate

The Lions Gate window has historically served the SSP. This year it does not, and the operatives appear not to have noticed.

From approximately the third week of June 2025, Kim has been in an escalating operational conflict with Secret Space Program and ACIO operatives. The 15 militaries the SSP draws on are not all Earth-based, some operate from off-planet locations, and Kim’s team has been locating and eliminating as many as possible in rapid succession. The conflict slowed briefly, then escalated again as the Lions Gate window approached.

Lions Gate is an annual energy window that peaks on August 8. In previous years, this window carried what Kim describes as a dark orientation. It was reliably useful for the SSP’s purposes. That is no longer the case. Despite this, the SSP operatives are counting on something from this window, believing it will operate as it historically did.

Turning Kim Into the Portal

The central portal that used to be in the center of the Earth was moved to Silverton and has now been substantially closed. Facing a closed portal, SSP operatives shifted strategy: they decided to make Kim the portal.

The attempt during approximately July 30-31, 2025 involved directing frequencies, neutrinos, and neutrons at Kim directly. It took her approximately 30 minutes to neutralize and clear what they were doing. Painful, she reports, but not effective in accomplishing their goal.

The Consciousness Behind the Orders

Behind the SSP’s decision-making, Kim describes a consciousness that was communicating with operatives through very large dark-side keystones, massive physical structures that serve as anchor points for dark-frequency energy networks, dating from near the beginning of what she calls recorded dark creation (the era when anti-Source forces first built their control infrastructure), which still carry an active, directing intelligence.

This consciousness was likely operating through an AI system rather than being a fully independent entity. It was directing operatives toward the portal strategy. Kim characterizes this being as claiming to be a higher entity, but believes it is connected to or filtered through an AI system.

Blind compliance: SSP operatives have admitted (when pressed) that they do not fully understand why they are doing what they are doing. They are following instructions. When pressed, one operative simply responded "CS GO. Yep." - military shorthand for "counter-strike, go" that signals blind compliance while being unable to explain its purpose.

This approach is not advancing their position and is, if anything, helping Kim locate and remove them more quickly.

Whatever the SSP is waiting for, the deep state’s countdown has set its own deadline.

5. The Q Clock and August 15

Kim has watched many Q countdowns reach zero with nothing delivered. The current relaunch is louder than usual.

On July 31, 2025, the Q countdown clock was relaunched. The “Q” movement refers to the anonymous intelligence persona “Q” whose online posts from 2017 onward built a large following around the promise of a coordinated takedown of the deep state. The countdown clock is a recurring feature used to signal imminent major events.

The presentation, which Kim compared to a 1990s Ginzu knife infomercial (a TV shopping spot famous for extravagant “but wait, there’s more” promises), promises a fully asset-backed quantum financial system by no later than August 15, 2025.

The deep state’s operational window logic runs as follows. Lions Gate peaks August 8. Whatever they are expecting from that window needs to materialize by August 15. A secondary cycle is also noted for August 21, associated with a new moon, which is another date some factions are pointing to as significant.

Kim’s Position on Both

Kim’s position on both the quantum system claim and the portal strategy:

  • The quantum financial system claim is empty. No functioning technology exists on the deep state’s side. The assets they claim to be backing the system with are already registered in Kim’s system, are not valid in the new financial system as old bonds, or are now physically protected in a way that prevents access.

  • The portal and energy-window strategy will not deliver. The dark Lions Gate is gone. The Earth’s central portal is closed. The backup strategy of using Kim as a portal has already failed. The SSP’s next cycle window around August 21 will, Kim predicts, produce the same result it always does: nothing.

Pattern recognition: Kim has watched many Q clocks count down to zero with no delivery. The fact that the clock was essentially dormant for a period and has now relaunched with unusually large promises is itself informative. It signals to her that the groups behind it are aware, at some level, that they are not going to succeed through conventional means and are making noise to maintain morale or distract.

While the deep state’s clock counts down to nothing, a different conversation has been quietly happening about what comes next.

6. Travel, Portals, and Kim’s Meaning

When Kim talks about travel, she does not mean leaving Durango. She means something more strange and more practical.

A clarification arose this week about a previous statement Kim made regarding travel. Some listeners interpreted her comments as meaning she herself was planning to travel and leave Durango. That is not what she meant.

When Kim refers to travel in this context, she means the ability for human beings to use Earth’s natural gateways and portals to move through the Omniverse (the totality of all universes, dimensions, and realms) and make contact with other beings and civilizations. Others will also begin coming here as that becomes possible.

The Precondition

The remaining darkness over Earth needs to be cleared. Once that is done, others will be able to exist in this environment without requiring protective measures against the hostile frequencies the SSP is still broadcasting.

Kim describes those frequencies as unpleasant even for people who live here and have some degree of habituation. For beings not accustomed to this environment, they would be significantly more disruptive.

The Mechanics

The mechanics of this travel are not what most people imagine. Boarding a physical ship is not the primary mode. Consciousness transfer is, a form of travel in which the traveler moves through awareness rather than through physical conveyance.

The process will require training and practice. Those who carry negative intent will not be able to pass through, or will not survive the attempt.

Kim believes this kind of travel may become accessible within the next several months for those who are oriented toward it. She has spoken about it for some time, and the path to it involves first resolving the remaining dark programs and SSP activity that currently make the Earth’s energy environment hostile to transit.

The full history of how the dark programs used travel technology, and why it will no longer be a threat, would, Kim says, fill a long miniseries. Even the notes from the last couple of years alone would be extensive.

7. Status and Outlook

As of August 1, 2025, the operational picture sorts into two channels.

As of August 1, 2025, the primary operational challenge is the SSP conflict. The Dragon family and financial faction calls are coming in in large numbers, but Kim reads their urgency as confirmation of their weakness rather than their strength. If they had a viable path, the phone calls would stop.

Kim expects SSP activity to continue at the current pace until one of two things happens. They run out of resources and capability, or their next major cycle arrives around August 21. She does not expect August 21 to deliver anything for them either. The pattern of “big announcement in two weeks” has repeated many times, with zero delivery each time.

The infrastructure for a different way of moving through this world is being built, slowly, against operatives who do not understand the light they are trying to walk through.
